- Fellow Patriots & Freedom lovers, I was peacefully exercising my 1st Amendment Rights at the US Post Office In New Orleans, Louisiana when a public servant nastily told me it was illegal to record and then proceeded to try and intimidate me by calling Postal Police. I’m a postal worker. I have 19 years with USPS delivering mail. and I’m so happy when I see fellow employees that are respectful and polite.

Mandates wouldnt have lasted a week if people and specifically law enforcement actually knew the law. Its a shame more auditors dont challenge illegal mask policies as well..
The failure of postal management to notify their employees either directly or through their union is--sadly, indicative of the level of competence or lack thereof.
Do postal officials intentionally not train their employees on the rules? I've seen probably 200 audits of post offices and maybe 3 employees even knew what Poster 7 is. It's hanging on their damn wall!

Auditors can run the entire spectrum of interactions as long as no laws are broken. Its up to the individual audience member to gravitate to the ones they feel more comfortable with.
Well the non-mannered ones serve a purpose. They weed out and identify public servants who don't have the proper temperament to be in public service.

Hey Sean, I have been watching your vids since you came to my hometown of Danbury, CT. Your recent vids where the constables shoved you out of the court disturbed me. I have been researching where you can take your case to make sure they answer for injuring you. You should contact The Institute for Justice. They specialize in cases where constitutional rights are violated. They will definitely help you with your case. I hope this helps.

What a nice post office. Other than that one clerk telling you that you can’t record because this is a federal building, all and all it went good . Postal police just came around to make sure that you weren’t causing a disturbance because who knows what that lady fully told them. Kudos to Darren he was a bright guy who knew what you were doing and knew that you could record. Great audit overall and keep them coming . God Bless and be safe out there.🙏☝️👊.

I also could have taken the inspection service exam but upon talking with a couple or friends who went that route, I decided I liked to work for my money rather than sit around all day and get FAT . I guarantee the only reason you became an inspector was because you couldn’t handle carrying mail or could not remember the sceme for sorting mail as a clerk. I guarantee I’m in better shape than your sorry ass buddy .Plus you’re still WRONG dick weed !!!!You say you were in inspection, what did you get fired or arrested for stealing or doing drugs on the clock or shoot your eye out ??????🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@@TheWhatthefuck12 I guess my question would be how is it harassing? He is neither belittling, berating, or antagonizing. He literally walks around and nine times out of 10, gets contacted first. And only then, does that harassment start. And not from LIA, from those that don't understand.
I'm not sure the industry you're in. But in construction, we have third party safety auditors (outside of OSHA) that visit site to ensure we are doing everything properly and within federal guidelines. Is that harassment? It's making sure we lawful guidelines which, is what Sean and other like him are doing. Ensuring Federal Agencies are following guidelines as set forth within the Constitution. Yes. I support keeping government agencies accountable for their actions just as they definitely do with the general public

I'm pretty sure a person can film over the counter too. If the eyes can see it, it is OK for camera too.

I think the reason Postal employees think the first amendment doesn't apply to federal buildings is because the 2nd amendment doesn't.

I'm a window clerk for usps of 24 years. I remember at some point I was told there could be no recording in the lobby. Of course I just figured the powers that be make the rules.

Was a very good showing. There will always be one who freaks at the post office. the police not identifying was bothersome, but they were quick to inform the other customers.
The postal employee says you can't record him if he doesn't want to be recorded but the feds can record us. He then goes in the back to watch youtube videos while working.
Wow what a surprise!! Cops who came up to you very polite and NOT trying to escalate anything and who just said, “you’re not doing anything illegal sir, have a nice day.”

I'm so sick and tired of fraditors misinterpreting U.S. Post Office rules and regulations. To quote POSTER 7: "Photographs for News, Advertising, or Commercial Purposes MAY be taken in entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums WHEN used for public meetings EXCEPT where PROHIBITED by official signs or Security Force personnel or OTHER AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL or a federal court order or rule. Other photographs may be taken ONLY with the permission of the local Postmaster or installation head." (Emphasis added)
if you have any reading comprehension skills you should know that filming in any Post Office is against the rules unless you've asked permission.
