  • Fellow Patriots & Freedom lovers, this is a follow up on the Baton Rouge City Hall Incident, if you haven't since the original video I'll link it below. I am doing to my best to hold the two constables, excuse me, I mean criminals accountable for their unlawful actions but despite their being three law enforcement agencies in Baton Rouge Parish NONE of them will do their Job and help me. Their lack of honor is astounding. Please be sure to hit the like button, it truly helps spread this video around to other Patriots! I really appreciate it! 🇺🇸

Not so much so. State police do not have the jurisdiction that people think they do. If it happened in the city, county or a town, they they have the main jurisdiction. So if it happens on a highway that is 100% state police. He isn't wrong with saying they patrol the whole state but have the least jurisdiction. The phrase he is refering to is over lapping jurisdiction. So a city, county, town over lap. If that dispute arises, then State police have the jurisdiction. Its not copsplaining. The state police are not over the county, city, town.

Where I’m living now, in PA state police have pretty much jurisdiction over entire state for certain types of enforcement like speeding and stuff. Seen them more then a few times setting up speed traps on neighborhood surface streets and stuff all the same . Hell today was a state trooper I kicked out of my neighbors because he was setting up a speed trap at the bottom of the hill… marked him on Waze and gave him verbal hell at top of my lungs, and walked around him taking photos and of his trap location from cross the street and various angles and the spun his wheels out of there without so much as rolling his window down to ask if everything is okay and hasn’t returned since…

It's actually not though. I'm all for Sean, but he obviously doesn't understand how jurisdiction works or pretends not to for the sake of his videos.
It's not that complicated and has been explained to him many times. Constables work for the courts. Police work for the cities. The area inside their boundaries that's not the courts. The sheriff is law enforcement for the unincorporated part of the parish, i.e. areas that aren't cities. The state police mostly covers state highways.
The real failure here wasn't the sheriff, other than the person that originally called for back up, or the state police. It's the city police and the constables. Which is pretty much what the guy from OIG said, who was clearly on Sean's side.
Edit: it's funny, at the end of the video it seems he clearly understands jurisdiction. He repeatedly states that these offices aren't higher than each other but equal with different areas of responsibility.

Thats a point I've always tried to bring up, the fact that 20 years ago we had no cameras to expose and hold these tyrannts accountable, what a Scary thought honestly.. the amount of innocent citizens and families broken apart affecting generations is heartbreaking and despicable, not to mention the amount of crimes/criminal officers that have been able to get away from responsibility from there crimes due to corruption.. Now we are stuck with there being Soo much misinformation and willful ignorance by the different LE agencies that they themselves don't even know how to hold themselves accountable and with the Blue line they just push it off to the next agency and vice versa.. absolutely disturbing.. I've always said that the scariest two personality traits in combination are, over confidence(ego) mixed with ignorance and the Vast majority of LEOs have both of those.. Scary stuff.. This Must change and its people like LIA that are the Only ones that are able to enact and influence change right now, hopefully with the general public realizing the importance of filming all of their interactions and not being afraid to follow through with holding accountable the LEOs, then maybe just maybe things can change for our children and future generations..

If I had a grievance with an officer I’d literally raise a complaint with the Commissioner at the County HQ and internal affairs would investigate. In the US I get so confused on why there are so many Law enforcement agencies. The town police, the state police, Sheriffs, FBI, etc etc. gives each the opportunity to pass the buck. I'm a recent Louisiana resident but Part of my family has lived here since 1941 and they would tell you this is one of the most corrupt police in the United States. a few years ago if you were interacting with a cop and you said to the officer that you are going to file a complaint on them they could arrest you for trying to intimate an officer in the course of their duties.
Not surprised you can't find One cop to do their jobs.

He (allegedly) shot the mayor to steal his wife and got away with it...out corrupt that one.
crazy thing is....he was legit fighting on the side of the (mine workers) good guys at the time.
i think any corruption is a cancer that needs cut out. even a tiny bit screws somebody over.
right now in Utica, MI the mayor is trying to decide what to do with a corrupt and psychotic officer. we should pressure them to make an example of this criminal.

Sean, I have learnt one thing, if they refuse to take a formal complaint on premises just mail them the formal complain in a written format through Govt. mailing, like USPS, that way you will have the proof you sent them the complaint (a mail is a lot better evidence than a video in the courts) and they are bound to act on that mail they received one way another, they can't just direct you to some other authority, and if they do they have to do it in writing.

A cop couldn't while on duty get caught with a prostitute, or go steal something, but somehow they are allowed to assault people. It boggles the mind. If they put hands on you they should damn near automatically have to arrest you to justify that and then incur the damages in a lawsuit when all of it shows to be for nothing. That's the only way I can see IA being involved and this whole bullshxt. But to put hands on you and just keep it moving...?

    • @ScalzoPhoto

Most people go their whole lives never grabing, pushing or using force against anyone. Yet, many cops assault, grab, and push people every day or see other cops do it. They get desensitized and learn to ignore it. Many police are bad abusive people to begin with, but many learn to stay quiet and don't realize that most people find it shocking and violating to be touched, grabbed or pushed.
They don't understand morals or ethics especially in this police department...
I have seen good police officers have conversations and use communication skills to avoid physical contact, that is how it should be done.

I think these people used to work in Baltimore. About 10-15 years ago there was a "new Sheriff" in town. Literally. Combined with a new Mayor, they said they were going to lower crime in Baltimore. And they did, by not allowing anyone to report a crime. You would call to report a crime, and they would send you on an endless loop of, "that's not our jurisdiction, you need to call this department," and then you would get back to the original number after about 10 different transfers and NOBODY would actually take your report. This scandal got exposed a couple of years later and many members of the police force got fired, and later the mayor got removed for embezzlement and corruption.
So it seems like law enforcement is setting up some new barriers. Jurisdiction issues, and renting out offices in privately owned buildings to sort of do an end around of a government owned property being public property and/or publicly accessible and then stating that the owner of the building can remove you from it. This crap needs to stop.

Did you not listen to what the cops actually said??? They didn’t say that no one should investigate his concerns, but that THEY weren’t the right agency to do so. 🙄 Cops CAN’T investigate their own. That would be a conflict of interest. That’s why the Sheriffs or Internal Affairs are separate & do so. Sean knew that full well & was just kicking up a stink for video content & to rile up people like you 🙄🙄🙄 Same as he’s totally exaggerated his injury so he can try to make a bigger lawsuit claim. The Urgent care summary he so kindly published said that all they recommended was Ibuprofen & AN ACE BANDAGE not a boot. And since it was impossible to see any bruising or swelling on your photo (if that was even his ankle he showed), they would have diagnosed him with a sprain even if he just complained of pain & there was no physical evidence of it, since it’s an extremely minor injury at best. It only requires more than RICE first aid if there’s severe bruising & swelling. He managed to walk on it just fine after the event. Having been a Paramedic for 20 years & having had multiple sprained ankles of all kinds of severity, you can’t walk easily on a badly sprained ankle straight after it happens. Sean is just a grifter & conman looking to get a big lawsuit payout 🙄
