    Fun fact! Blood pressure can also be chronically _low_ for some people! Some people just have naturally low blood pressure! (This is me. Hi! I'm the problem!) But if your blood pressure is unusually low, it can indicate internal bleeding or a problem with your heart!
    If low have chronically *low* blood pressure, please let your nurses & doctors know so that they don't have a panic attack when they measure your blood pressure! 🤣

    And if you go to your doctor you might get a high reading anyway because of white coat syndrome.

      Or even just hurrying a little to get to your appointment on time because yiu might be running late due to traffic, etc. mine have always tended to be lower than others!

    Invest in a decent cuff, learn to use it properly, and check what yours reads against the clinic equipment. And have them write both down. So if you bring your cuff and play back your readings there’s a baseline!
