I just finished doing this today and I am so so proud of myself! I usually struggle a lot with wrist heavy exercises because I have very week wrists but I finished this whole workout and my wrists didn't hurt too bad while doing it. I have gotten so strong through continuously doing your workouts, thank you so much Nicole! Even though your workouts are hard and I often feel a little sore the next day they leave me feeling so relaxed and energized, working out with you really is a form of self care! Also I think this is one of my favourite ab series of yours.

After many years of physical therapy sessions, I picked up on your videos about a year ago and have been consistently following them 4 or 5 days a week. Since then I've experienced dramatic back/hip/neck etc. pain relief over time. As of today, my PT told me I'm healed and only need to visit if I have a set back! Thanks for making such fantastic videos and having a great attitude!
