      How do i become more flexible? I can't do the strech in the end where you stand on one leg and the other leg goes up and u look like a tree. Can you give tips on this plz? Tx!

    I have been doing your workouts for over a year now. I used to just exercise because I felt like I had to, and every workout was just going through the motions without enjoying it. You have taught me to embrace moving my body, and to really breathe into each moment and just be present. I have recommended you to all of my friends, and I feel so much stronger everyday.     I teach Yoga and throughout this practice I was thinking “wow these poses would be great to lead up to Dancer’s pose” and then you cued Dancer’s. I was so impressed and enamored with this sequence. It was truly a work of art that felt phenomenal in my body. Thank you Nicole, you’re the best ❤

    I did this today! It was pretty tough for me, especially the split pose with one leg down and one leg up, but I'm so glad I did it, it is good for me. I was smiling at the end when we do the usual hands down to prayer ! :D Thank you!

    I just finished doing this today and I am so so proud of myself! I usually struggle a lot with wrist heavy exercises because I have very week wrists but I finished this whole workout and my wrists didn't hurt too bad while doing it. I have gotten so strong through continuously doing your workouts, thank you so much Nicole! Even though your workouts are hard and I often feel a little sore the next day they leave me feeling so relaxed and energized, working out with you really is a form of self care!
    Also I think this is one of my favourite ab series of yours.

    Thank you Nicole, you've been a tremendous help to me. After many years of physical therapy sessions, I picked up on your videos about a year ago and have been consistently following them 4 or 5 days a week. Since then I've experienced dramatic back/hip/neck etc. pain relief over time. As of today, my PT told me I'm healed and only need to visit if I have a set back! Thanks for making such fantastic videos and having a great attitude!

    I have been doing Yoga for 20 years and wanted to have more focus on abbs now. Great workout! As I like to move a tick faster I set the speed to 1.25 which fits me perfectly. Thanks for a good workout.

    Added to my absolute favourites list!! Feeling strong, stretched and standing taller!! Working out with you for a year snd a half now Nicole, I still repeat your older videos. Love how each workout has innovative and exciting new moves.     This was AMAZING! My butt/legs (thighs) really worked hard and burned, and my abs were engaged throughout the workout and burned during the abs series. THANK YOU for this amazing full-body workout.

    Thank you Nicole so much for these amazing workouts! I started following your classes a month ago and made them my everyday routine, I was not expecting obvious changes but simply enjoying working out with you, but when I tried my old workout routines today I found myself much stronger, what a pleasant surprise!
