I am a 43 years old mother of four. I have a very strong backpain and still fighting my diastasis recti from last pregnancy I have started to do your exercises every single day ..sometimes twice a day (gentle pilates in the morning and something stronger in the evening 😊) and I love the changes I am seeing. I can function now almost without any backpain. My abs look significantly better. I love that you remind us about the breathing and all your routines are easy to follow (not necessarily easy to do). I have never been so consistent with my exercise. I have tried different channels different trainers but I simply love you the most. I love how demanding but safe for back and knees your exercises are. thank u thank u thank u ❤
Did this one yesterday, my side abs are still on fire!! What I love about your videos is that even when I can’t see the screen your detailed explanations of the movements make it really really easy to follow, even between each pose or movement you take time to explain how to change position. That’s brilliant! And I love that your voice is so calm and nice. Even an intense session is really relaxing to me and energizing as well. Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Whoah! At first I thought I was not strong enough.. but I gave the side plank a solid try and after a few failed tries.. I did it! I am much stronger than when I first started! I am so excited!
This class was fantastic. I normally lift very heavy weights so I wasn’t expecting to feel a burn. I just have to say WOW! I felt such a good burn during this class but yet feel rejuvenated from the stretches. Can’t wait until tomorrow to do the next one in the August series!
