I was lifting heavy and my upper body grows so fast and I’m now doing this for my upper body and ab days and y’all I did it yesterday for the first time SO SORE😭 I feel great though and can’t wait for this new journey !

Great one. From time to time I do some Pilates but I can never be consistent. This past Wk I did 3 days in a row of your classes and wished for like a wkly session. Dear Nicole I daily bless Fiona, whose yoga videos I regularly watch, for advising me your pilates classes while I was recovering from a serious disc herniation that required a rehabilitative work. At first I was skeptical because I didn't like pilates, but I must admit that your classes, first for abdominal strengthening and then the others I discovered over the days, did much more for me. Your approach is very interesting and above all, as far as my situation is concerned, very effective. Before, I was 100% yoga but now I divide my daily sessions between yoga and pilates. I can feel very clear progress in my muscular and motor skills recovery and above all I regain a muscle tone and a line that I didn't think I could have again at 64 years old!...Lol.. 😁 Thanks to you, Nicole, for your classes, and to Fiona (also for hers) for having had the friendship to recommend them to me. 🙂

I really like doing the shorter workouts (15-20 mins) as they fit more easily into a busy schedule yet are also very effective (and can be paired with other shorter workouts). I also like the combo of focusing on two body parts - arms and abs, legs and glutes, etc. Very helpful to target these areas. I found it amazing that you could talk through this workout (rather than narrate at another time as you usually do). I'm sure that added another element of challenge for you. :) Thanks again for being such a delight and inspiration to all of us who are trying to get stronger and fitter through Pilates...and enjoy the process.
