I'm not professional😂 but I usually do her fat burning workout and a workout focusing more on a part of the body then, next day I do fat burning workout and strength training like this and I alternate like that

In the second part when u said tht we have ONLY 20 mins to go, I was like... Thts a lot honey. And then when I had only 10 mins left I was so tired, but we did bridges (my favorites) and I kept going. Im burning and feeling so so good
Hannah, please please pay attention to your counts, it's hard to keep going if you expect to do 5 but then suddenly there is 3 more to do. It helps with shifing and using up the energy. Thank you for the video they workouts are really great 💜

I have done it without pausing without resting and with full enjoyment. I was thinking that perhaps last exercise will FOR ARMS PLANK. I felt surprised that was it. What is next 🤔🤔 I m waiting. 🙏🙏💃💃
Hi Hannah, thank you for your workouts and I been enjoying, but I have a friendly suggestion. Have you considered just recording your voice over workouts? Cus a lot of times you spend too much time explaining and sometimes you pause the movement just to explain stuff so it feels like it really stops the flow of the workout and doing less workout.
Thank you for the friendly feedback and supportive words! Please, it's kind of catch-22 with the explanations because if it's explained less, then some people new to the channel or Pilates cannot follow so easily. Will come-up with a solution, and maybe if you see me do it can hit the fast forward button (right arrow on MAC/PC or double tap the right side of your cellphone screen) and it should fast forward it a few seconds. Only problem is that it might go too far. We will come-up with a solution though!
Moving Mango I totally understand! But other workout trainers that I been a huge fan of keep explanations not long but right on point- good enough to understand the instructions so the flow is super smooth. Just check out other vids for some more ideas:) thank you and hope this is helpful xoxo
Hi! I love your workout videos..but may I suggest that maybe it would be better if using a timer instead of counting it by yourself? Because I find it not balance(the counts) because you are explaining things while counting the workout moves. Thanks for the workouts:)
