After giving up track and field I struggled finding a form of exercise I enjoy. This resulted in getting heavier and having a larger amount of fat on my body. As an athlete, seeing my body change was hard. After trying a lot of different things (tabata, ems, strength exercises etc) I found yoga the best for me. But it still was not good enough for fat burning and toning and strengthening my core. And then I found your channel. Honestly this workout is the best so far. The best thing is that I enjoyed every bit of it! I sweat like crazy and also felt my core and arms and butt getting firmer. Thank you so much, I am looking forward for more videos of your pilates! Keep up the good work
This one was so great! I was able to get a great cardio workout with it while working all of my core muscles. Some of my favorite parts of this video were: stacked breathing during the pulse ups, shoulder raises (helps so much with upper body alignment), the controlled breathing in between workouts, and the stretch/cooldown at the end that helps everything settle. Your videos are the best!

The counts have been a little confusing for me and hard to keep track of during the times that you give instructions (where the counts are paused while working out), but I enjoyed the workout very much! Thank you :)

I super love your workouts but the counting here is really 🥵🥵🥵. I find myself getting frustrated because i want to finish per set but 😭😭😭😭, my arms are feet are shaking already 🥵. Hi Melissa, sounds like you’re working very hard!! Way to go for it! I would suggest, and it’s entirely up to how your body feels and what will keep you motivated, to do easier workouts if you’re getting tired. To get nice benefits from Pilates, you don’t have to always do the the hardest workouts rather you can start easier, get very good at the small motions then do workouts like this to test yourself. Just my thinking. Anyways, happy you’re liking it and way to go strong girl 💛😘💛
This workout is a fat burner, not a calories burner. There is a big difference. If you want to burn calories, you need to engage in fast cardio workouts. This workout is all about burning fat through activation of muscles. Muscles burn fat. Read up on difference between strength training and cardio training.

I really wanted to like this workout. But, the counting and timing of the exercises is inconsistent and frustrating. Half the time we're waiting for the counting to stop, start, or it's a count of 20, or 10 or not counting at all, or a count of ten is sometimes 30 seconds long, other times it's 10 seconds or you've picked a random number to count backwards. The exercises themselves are challenging, but the whole point of following along doesn't make sense the counting is random. I think a countdown clock would be beneficial.

The countdowns are way off balance. Goes from 20 counts, to 10, then back to 10. There will be a break where she speaks and then she jumps straight back to the last number, not really counting the time that just passed while she was talking. Then it's never the same on the opposite side.
