After entering the second part of the main workout I kept checking how much time left because I couldn't wait to finish.. Now that I have finished today's workout, I feel good 😊 Hopefully I can sleep well tonight because I have also noticed that on days I skip workout, I have trouble sleeping 😞
Great job finishing Yuri! If you're struggling to finish in the future, just keep going 1 minute at a time, and the time will go quicker! That's great you notice when you workout you sleep better too, just another reason to workout more 💛

hi hannah first off how do u talk n exercise when i can even do the exercises quietly..... secondly these sre rather great ones i mean part 2 was tough.... some i could do others i just did my own steps.... but it was so so good .... intesive workouts here is my belly fats m ready to bid them goodbye.... P.s. can u help my lower abdominal fats.... post pregnancy its tough
Lots of practice Sudeshna for all the above! Just take your time girl, things will fall into place, eat healthy, get sleep, and lower your stress, things will come to together quicker than you know!

yeah, that's so right!! the area we are living in temporarily Sunnyvale does for sure! you're very lucky to be in Germany, there is so much better containment there. we're taking it careful, and it's still a bit scary. please stay safe too girl 💛
@@MovingMangoPilates i missed practice for a week n strangely i got my back pain again..it was my body telling me i did wrong by stopping my practice..... i got back to pilates yesterday today body feels bit aching but better m sure in few days will be back in track.... i truly m amazed how simple exercises can transform our body so much .... thank s
