My Oma passed away about 2 years ago. You remind me so much of her. All the way to the broom stick rolling pin.Thank you so much for sharing your cooking. You are so sweet.
My Grandma ( Daddy's Mom) came from Hungary in 1908. She is in heaven now . She had a special rolling pin that I have the Honor of having and use . This was her Mom's and her Grandma's etc. It's been thru 4 to 5 generations now. It's very special to me. Every time I use it I think of her and feel she is with me. I do like your rolling pin Oma. It's so cute.

The dough is 60% butter, use baking paper if you want to be sure. If I do remember it should be baked on high temperature (for short time). A greased sheet would burn the extra fat. Remove the sheet from oven and after like 3min still warm you can gently remove them from the surface.
