Nice ideas, I like to use kale in sandwiches or have it on top of curry or pasta, I basically add it to most meals so that it soaks up the flavour and doesn’t taste as dry :)
I store them in a Tupperware for a few days, but they do get less crispy as the days go on. They are definitely best (and crispiest!) the day of baking. 😁😁

I chop the kale stems, freeze them, and add to smoothies. Tons of nutrients and eliminates food waste. 😊
