YES. Dehydrate IN THE OVEN. Wash well. DRY leaves (not stems) WELL, an hour or so. Turn on oven to 350 degrees. TURN OFF OVEN. Wait a few minutes. Remove from oven then, HAND crush all the powder.

Excellent! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have grown kale and cannot give it away, but use it in my cocker spaniels' mix. I am unable to digest anymore, but can do this by sprinkling on meals. Nice option. The garden is plump with soft kale varieties and we are going to harvest and dry them in house. Too humid in the Berkshires this week to dry outside. Thank you again! Happy 4th of July! You're welcome! I've never had it tested but I'm guessing like most things that they could lose some nutrition over time but it's definitely better than not using them at all :)
