I have tried this recipe, and it has become a staple in my breakfast routine. The overnight oats are not only delicious but also incredibly satisfying. The absence of dairy milk and sugar makes it a perfect choice for anyone looking to lose weight without compromising on taste. I love how versatile this recipe is; I can easily customize it with different toppings like fruits, nuts, or seeds to suit my preferences.
The unique cooking method showcased in the video has made preparing breakfast a breeze for me. It's quick, convenient, and packs a nutritional punch. Since incorporating these overnight oats into my diet, I have noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels throughout the day.
Using True Elements Rolled oats has been a game-changer. Their high-quality oats add a rich, creamy texture to the dish, elevating the overall experience. I highly recommend trying this recipe with True Elements Rolled oats for a truly amazing breakfast treat. Thank you for sharing such an inspiring and healthy recipe!

Everyone obsessing about how this recipe is too high-calorie or too high-carb need to calm down... You need a decent amount of calories and carbs for your body and brain to even function, Oats are really filling so you only need a small amount! Most importantly not a single ingredient used in this recipe is unhealthy.

For those who are concerned about the calorie count, Remember portion size is extremely important when you are on any diet. Also as mentioned in description honey is optional and you may also choose almond or soya milk.

Very interesting video. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends. I have been using Dark Chocolate Oatmeal from True Elements - a clean label food brand as a breakfast option post my gym and I find it very tasty and healthy. Now i can use the same and try this recipe too. Thank you.

Swap out the milk for water and the cocoa powder for a scoop of chocolate flavour protein powder and you got a high protein version, also you can swap out the honey for a tiny bit of stevia if you want slightly lower calories

    • @iriariori2782
      @iriariori2782 5 місяців тому

You can swap the rolled oats for steel cut oats which have a lower GI if you are diabetic or pre-diabetic. Coco powder could also be swapped for cacao powder which contains more minerals or coaco nibs to make it more of a whole food plant based meal.

    Good try ..
I prepare below meal as pre-workout meal.
    25 gm Oats
    5 Dates
    10 Almonds
    2-3 Figs
Instead Banana I add 3 pieces of Prunes ( Low Carb High Potassium)
1 Scoop of 30 gm whey protein Isolate
Add cow Milk if required low fat (I don't add milk)
Grind it in Grinder and Sip it...Total KCal -300-400.
Remember if this is your first meal of the day it is good to take sufficient calories with balanced carb and protein along with Fats. You can adjust this meal of you are taking it after workout or in evening as a meal replacement as per your goal.
    Don't take more than 20 Almonds , 5 prunes , 10-15 dates , 4-5 Banans or 100 grams oats in a single day .
