I’ve been eating this for two weeks consecutively and I have to say this is a game changer. It’s easy to make, doesn’t take much time, nutritious and tastes good. Thank you for sharing this!
@@Fakman87 It's loaded with glyphosate (and other agro-chemicals) and the phytic acid it contains blocks absorption of the nutrients leading to malnutrition.
This is often the best meal of my day:
1/2 cut oats, 1 cup oat/almond milk, half banana, tbsp peanut butter, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, tiny bit of maple syrup. In a pyrex or mason jar overnight. In the morning, i'll add flax meal (otherwise it makes the texture too glue-y).
Lol no salt n no honey? I also add sunflower seed mix. N coconut.
You ppl just don t know how to cook. You just stuff things inside.
@@HowToCookSmarter pure maple syroup is good. Not the normal one as it contains sugar.
I've been eating overnight oats for a long time. I'm trying to get a friend to try it and this the simplest, shortest & best video I've found. I also add pumpkin & sunflower seeds & not the honey. Thank you
Also, if you don't like the "chia seeds stuck in your teeth" feeling from whole chia seeds, you can grind them up first in a spice grinder. Same nutrition and gelling properties, but none of the need for a toothpick!
@@xenaburg2362 this whole combo is a very good one to balance your gut and bowel movements, especially if u have this every morning
I've always loved overnight oats for breakfast, now I have another version to add to my repertoire! Thanks as always Sasha! Have a great week! TFS 👍💖
Me too, whenever I know I'll have a busy morning I whip up one of these. Thanks so much Hazel for your constant support!
Wow I’m really impressed. I tried this and it was both delicious and nutritious. I’ve only discovered your channel and this is the second dish I’ve made and both have tasted great. Your channel is very unique because it’s super healthy and super tasty and I haven’t ever seen a chef who had a combination of both. Thank you for your uploads, I am looking forward to trying so many more of your recipes!
I feel the same way. I can eat this for days and not grow bored. I also add flax seed. Love it!
I'm so tired of watching expensive almond flour recipes that's why I love this guy he's not afraid of his oatmeal
Thanks for supproting! I just enjoy oats more than other healthy options.
Your recepies help me to keep me healthy, happy and not gaining the weight I have lost. Thanks Sasha you're an inspiration. 🤗

Your overnight oats recipe is a game-changer! I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious and versatile it turned out. Adding fresh fruits and a drizzle of honey made it even more delightful.
I appreciate the creative approach you took in presenting this recipe. It's something I can enjoy for days without feeling bored or repetitive. Using True Elements Rolled oats definitely elevated the texture and flavor, making it a wholesome and satisfying breakfast option.
Thank you for sharing such a fantastic recipe!
Thanks so much for this. I just made my first batch and will be eating it in about 6 hours or so. I used your base recipe and added 1/4 cup of blueberries (20 calories) and a number of spices to it - a tiny splash of vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom powder, and a little sea salt. Looking forward to seeing how it goes. I'll possibly drop some peanut butter in there if it goes well. Always love your videos - really love that you focus on the whole foods versus the powders, flours, and artificial sweeteners that many UA-cam healthy eating channels use as a crutch.
Been eating this for years and I love it!
I love overnight oats and the chia seeds definitely give that thick pudding consistency.
Me too in luv with overnight soaked oats.. i add badam, dry grapes, chia seeds n soak it overnight with pinch of salt.. morning it's so yummy to top it with pista n walnuts n few pomegranates.. wow it tastes so yummy
I love this. I sometimes switch it up by doing buckwheat and cottage cheese. Admittedly, it's not the most photogenic eats, but, man, do I love it. I never tire of it and I'm always satiated
Having kick start breakfast bowl with oats and fruits is really amazing I use rolled oats from true elements while making my breakfast bowl.

I’ve been eating overnight oats for years too, Healthy and quick to prep! So rolled oats, chia, flaxseed, raisins pumpkin seeds whey protein powder, almonds, walnuts, blueberries, red grapes, chopped apple, And oat milk. Recent addition has been cinnamon powder and Cayenne pepper😮 Yes, go easy on that about 1/6th of a teaspoon. So I always look forward to my breakfast! But will try adding Greek Yoghurt too - if I can find room in my bowl.😂🤣👍👍

Well I usually soak rolled oats overnights then blend with frozen banana, sea moss gel, some sesame, cashew and nutmeg, at times I use cinamon, and that's my breakfast.I use no milk because freezing my banana makes it creamy. I love your videos, keep on bringing them.

I tried many times to eat over night oats and i just Couldn’t 😖 .. but i thought I would give it one more chance and i made this recipe last night just tried it and i was like 😍😍❤️ so so delicious I made few changes though ( less than a cup milk and less than tbs ground chia ).. 👌🏼
Nice! Never imagined I could eat it hot
So yummy & nutritious 😋
Thx!!
I do like your healthy breakfast - without cooking .
Healthy recipe
The recipe is great. Just one suggestion though, before using the oats, soak them for around 15 mins in water. Strain the oats and rinse them and then use them in the recipe. Soaking and rinsing the oats before using ensures that the phytic acid is released and discarded. Phytic acid is a nutrient absorption inhibitor.
thanks
how do you strain them when they get a gel-like consistency?..
Thanks for the health tip!
is this an actual serious thing you should be doing?
Depends on what oat type you are using.
