    Honestly man this was AMAZING! I haven't worked out in 4 months and this was perfect. No on the floor no equipment, no over exerting. I actually sweated and feel fabulous. Thank you and I highly recommend this workout.

    I had lost weight, but gained it all back in these past couple of months. I'm back to where I started! BUT, I just finished this routine and I'm going to stick with it! I'm tired and out of breath...but, it was only 12 minutes! Thank you Mr. London! I need the motivation!!

    Seriously this guy is a game changer. Started doing these workouts so I could be ‘fitter’ for the gym. No need for the gym now. I’ve lost five pounds in two weeks and I can see changes in my body, more muscle definition on my arms and legs and strength improvement. I’m over 50 so never ever let age become an excuse. Music is so good too it doesn’t even feel like a workout, more of a club night! 😅

    You’re the man!!! I work out everyday with you . Just tried this one today. I’ll add this on too. especially like the one where you jog your legs in and out, then hit the floor never done that one and I can see how that’s gonna be really beneficial. I am on Long Island, New York sent it to my friend in Tennessee. She sent it to her brother and sister-in-law in South Carolina. We all love let’s get to work and I’m proud of you..

    Hi Mr. London, still here after two months of being with you almost every day after work about the same time that my scale broke but I went to the doctor and I lost 6 pounds. I couldn’t break away from that 180 for about six months until I start working out with you thanks very much. ❤️❤️❤️💪🏻

    I did it!!!! I Almost gave up at the 8 min went to comments and pumped back up, finished all the way. Yes, you will sweat... just the beginning for me but not the end. Please keep up these short but great workouts... Amazing ❤

    ❤ this started just once a day doing little workouts but I love this as my stamina increases I can do this multiple times a day which helps physically but also helps with my anxiousness about working out

    Did this and in between sets. I was shaking my booty to the beat. That and incorporating some of my boxing skills. Love the music, and the change in sets made it go by fast.

    Great workout indoors.. it’s 22:11hr and I feel great and still energised. We want more of the indoor workouts. I week ago a got injured and couldn’t run as usual but this has helped me a lot @MRLONDON
