Ladies, I am here to tell you a small victory. I've been doing this workout for a solid 2 1/2 weeks, and I am proud to report that I have already gone down a whole dress size. I started at an XL which is about a 12/14. Now, I am down to a large which is a 10/12. This workout alone did it! I am a mama of six, youngest 10 months old. Mr. London is helping me reclaim my body! Thank you, Mr. London for your dedication to putting out these workouts for those of us that work out at home!

I love this and wish I could do it, but so many of the movements I cannot do because of bad knees. I love your channel and hope you'll consider putting a window on the screen to show modifications of the HIT moves for people like me. You are inspiring!
My knees hate bending, but instead of looking for sympathy I do what I can until hopefully enough weight falls off to where I can lunge & squat lower. I appreciate him uploading a video, not gonna complain about how its not suited for me.

Not that you would know this, and certainly not that I need to defend myself but to shed light on your comment, I will explain. I have incorporated fitness in my life since I was in my late teens.. dance, kick boxing... I am belted in karate and have enjoyed many different types of classes. The one thing I've enjoyed most in my life is weight training. 12 years ago, in the shape of my life, I fell down The stairs and was told I was lucky to have lived thru it.... since that day and after years of PT and chronic pain, I have had to learn to modify every move I make in the gym but I am by no means an expert despite my years in the gym. When I see an influencer who knows what they're talking about I'm going to ask them for their expertise in this area because to this day though I would love to accelerate be able to accelerate my movements but there are certain things I cannot do at high rates of speed to qualify as hit exercises. That does not mean that I am looking for sympathy. It means I am trying to find another method to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I think your assumption is laughable and uneducated about why that I'm asking Mr. London... THE EXPERT his opinion on this. Your input could have been helpful remiss of the snark.

This looked easier than I thought, but this was killer enough to get my heart pumping and to feel my core. I had to take a few breaks. Definitely will also feel the upper back and shoulders. Looking forward to doing more of these workouts from this smart, handsome man!❤

I have joined so many others and yours is by far the best for my age. Hey, tried out your video for the first time today. It was enjoyable, a good workout. I have one suggestion, is it possible to give a sound signal when the workout segment is complete, I don't notice when the rest segment has started.
This is perfect, as a woman I wa searching for a workout that could build me some muscles, but women's workouts don't suit me cause most of the time its for losing weight or reshaping. I don't need that I'm already underweight, anyway thank you❤

I feel the same way you do. There are some move I can not do but instead slow down the move . Field example get a far down your knees allow you
