You are despicable for body shaming women. All breasts sag due to weight and gravity. Of course women with big breasts look better with this natural sexy sag but all women sag. This video makes it seem as if whats natural is wrong. Perky is not a term that should be used for an adult woman. Old is subjective. The sag does not come from age or children. You are no Physician. You need to fear God in the messaging you are sending women under the guise of helping them.
I’ve been a personal trainer for over ten years, a woman; a woman of many sizes and physical conditionings, and a woman who has had two children. I will say even slight growth in pregnancy was uncomfortable. I hope women of all shapes and sizes appreciate their body types and most of all have great comfort and joy in them. I can’t say these exercises will be a game changer aesthetically but they do make you stronger and that’s an epic win. No matter what, enjoy that body of yours. People, don’t buy into the hype you’ll be happier when your body changes. You WILL be happier when you take care of your body with LOVE and LIVE this beautiful life. Be yourself!! Every woman is different and that’s beautiful. Stop this nonsense and especially stop listening to men (or other women too) about how to “fix” yourselves. Listen to yourself and do yourself justice. I’ve only been doing this work out for 3weeks & I definitely see & feel a difference! The first 2weeks I couldn’t really feel my chest muscles so I had no idea if it was working but in week 3 I feel it a lot more & can visibly see the progress! Thank youuuu for sharing this workout with us

I’ve been weightlifting for about a year now. My breasts were disproportionate, as my right was a tad bit smaller than my left and my boobs were a B cup. Since working out people have asked me if I’ve had a boob job. I’m a solid C cup now. It’s crazy how my body has changed! My boobs are now proportionate, my shoulders are wider and my back is stronger. These exercises do work. I do Arnold press, lateral raises, Flys, bench press, bicep curls, skull crushers, military press, gorilla rows, weighted punches and half raises. I split these into two workouts twice a week. It works!! Just takes time. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I completely understand. I’m unhappy about mine also. They used to look so nice & then after having my son & breastfeeding it’s depressing to look at them 6 years after being done with breastfeeding. They’re smaller, sagging, & seem so flat compared to how they used to look, I hate it

B.s you either have small breasts that became firmer or it's all just a Placebo in your mind. Once the ligaments in breasts have been stretched they did not go back into position creating a droop in the breast
@MyWorlddd3210 breasts themselves don't. Their are muscles around and under the breasts. Doing this will firm your muscles and push the fatty tissue up and gives it a "lifted" look. It won't completely change the sag but building the muscles also fills in areas of the chest and pull back the skin above it. It's small but still can make a difference on your self esteem. It has mine.
I'm 65, big busted, keep fit and wear good bras and happy with myself but whether the exercises lifted my bust or not, what actually inspires me to do these exercises is your great muscle tone and definition. It's great, muscles should be like that, normal yet properly worked, not overpumped. Good job. Subscribed!!
What kind of bras? I have a bad back. Im also a 40DD. Under Wires kill me, and because i walk bent over my bra always bunches under my boobs. I tried and have sport bras. Much more comfortable and easier to get on, but they give me uniboob. Very unattractive.

However, since making the original comment, I've had a brush with breast cancer, found in a mammogram, and mercifully, removed and successfully treated. But I couldn't wear underwired post surgery, so had to buy post suregery bras. Went to M and S, found a super helpful assistant and bought a couple of bras. One style was a bit uniboob style but the other is quite stylish, it's really comfortable and looks good under my tops. I'm not looking to go back to underwires anytime soon!!
Had d cups during pregnancy. Lost the weight and now down to a cups and very,, very saggy. Starting these exercises today 11/02/24. Will report back honestly every week or 2. Really praying it works.

I had surgery done for a VNS implant. The neurosurgeon said that what took the longest was him having to cut through my pectoral muscle(upper breast). He said that cause of how dense my muscles were it was hard to cut through. After I had asked my neurologist about why he never got on to me about my weight. His response surprised me. He said that I didn't fit the BMI. He had also shared my CT scans and MRIs and he said that I do have big bones and dense muscles. He mentioned how even a neurologist in Japan was surprised by my body build along with what was going on with my seizures.
I'm in my late teens and my breasts sag lol. They're too big for my body (I'm 5'2) and so they hang kinda low naturally when I'm not wearing a bra. I should be mentally prepared that the sagging and back pain will only get worse as i grow older 😔🥹

I am going to try these .. I went from extremely skinny flat chested ( never perky even before pregnancy . . Heavily now sue to age hormones . My breast have never been perky they are a big confidence smasher. Anyhoo I love him . I think it’s amazing he cares and is respectful of all body shapes .. he is adorable too 😊
When you train the chest muscles repeatedly and minimum 3 times a week, the muscles of your breasts will make your breasts firmer.. the muscles that hold your breasts in place become bigger, making the breasts move forward.. But sometimes its just not possible.. I don’t understand these negative comments on this premiere, that hasn't even started.. Just hear Markell out, watch his premiere and dare to take the challenge before commenting..
You might be new to this by the sounds of it but other women aren’t. They ARE speaking from experience, and you shouldn’t be trying to talk over the top of them with your butthurt and gaslighting language calling them ‘negative’ for being more informed than you. How manipulative.
I am wrapping up breastfeeding for my third child and I'm looking forward to starting this workout routine as soon as I feel ready to start. It is nice to see a man work out and watch the muscles flex so you know it's going to work the way it is intended, other than some large chested woman saying it works and take her word on it. I can validate that these type of chest exercises do work. Im 41 and a C cup. Natural sagging with age. Ive been doing chest exercises twice a week this last year in the gym. Ive been doing chest press, diamond press , press ups exercise like those shown in this video. My breasts have become perkier 100% even without a bra on. I dont know if its my imagination but i even feel it has helped my posture too. Im going to add some of the exercises in your video to my routine too. Many thanks
@@aartik9247 I've been doing chest exercises about 10 months. Before that to be honest I never did them in the gym as I presumed it wasn't needed. A fellow gym goer recommended to me that it's beneficial. I would say after 4 months I noticed my boobs looking nicer in tops. More lifted and better shape. I didn't loose cup size just more perky its hard to explain. I really noticed it too with that pesky armpit fat that bit that sits out of your bra. It's gone. I've lost more weight recently which I needed to so my boobs have gone down to a small c cup, but I don't care as I still have the nice shape and lift from the exercises. The real test is how they look without a bra on? For me I definitely see the difference and feel more confident. I do chest exercises plus back, bicep, tricep, shoulder exercises twice a week. I recommend all women to do upper body exercises the difference it has made in my confidence wearing certain clothing, my overall strength, posture etc. I really recommend taking photos monthly, that's where I could fully see the changes in my chest area plus giving you the motivation to keep working out.

This is very true, I’ve weight trained for years and always had big breast and they always were up and people always thought I had breast implants but it was from lifting weights, doing chest exercises. When Covid hit they sagged a bit because the gyms were closed and I used to train 6 days a week, now they’re lifting up again and it’s from the chest exercises and weights. This actually works

Dumbbells will help solidify your upper body as well unless you have too much sagging. I had six children and still have a six pack and my breast are nice still no surgery needed. However, I started doing my mom’s old Cindy Crawford workouts on her VHS since I was 10. So now at almost 35 and six kids later my body is still nice due to consistency. It’s never to late to start.

Looking forward to trying this... Can I just say for anyone skeptical or doubting this could work - why not give it a try?! I am 55, and lost 60 pounds in the last 7 months or so, mosty by using a rowing machine. One of the things I noticed was the improvement in how much less saggy the girls are now. I also noticed that when I row and watch in a mirror from the side i can actually see the muscle lift my whole boob. So I can definitely buy into being able to make improvements. I'm hoping that this (and MRLONDONS other saggy breast workouts) will help me find other muscles in this area that I did not know were in play here. I don't expect to balance a plate and eat dinner off 'em or anything, but every little bit helps, right? At the very least I'll get some nice tone in other areas my rower didn't hit. Again - why not! Next up.... turns out my ass is totally flat without the chubbiness. Did not anticipate that...
@@jernigan23 I would ask MRLONDON... I'm no expert! Mine lost fat (DD to C), but my entire body lost fat as well. Also, this was the rowing - I have only just found this channel and started his targeted workouts. He is lovely, very motivational, and sensitive to women's body issues. I would try it!
The second exercise reminds me of the chant we used when we were teens: “we must, we must, we must increase our bust; the bigger the better, the tighter the sweater; we must increase our bust”. 😊

I just came across this and did the first 4 exercises! You really can follow Mr. London easily and you do actually feel the burn and muscles feeling the exercises. This is a very good instructor to follow! He is good!
I've been doing 4 different types of weight exercises for the chest on the floor. I've been doing them for a few weeks. So far I can't really tell if it's making a difference in my breasts but I can already see a difference in my arms.
it's because it wont make a difference. breasts do no have muscle therefore you can not train them. your arms and pectorals yes. totally. the only way to preen sagging it's with surgery.
Couple of things: 1) Breast tissue is fat NOT muscle so the only way you can lift your bust is by first losing weight and hope it comes off your bust 2) Follow Mr Londons exercises...they will work BUT here's the kicker..... effectively what these exercises are doing is building the pec muscle under the breast tissue so if you have a large bust its always going to be nigh on impossible due to gravity.....if you are an A cup then yep it'll work because the muscle has less tissue to hold up 3) As a female body builder I would also advise you work your upper pec more so incline your chest press.....cross body flys are awesome though!
My breast didn't start sagging until I lost weight. I'm 36DDD but would say now maybe 36DD. Very full and round towards the bottom but not sitting high like before weight loss😢
@@CreoleScorpio This will have happened most likely because as you have lost fat from your bust the skin has lost elasticity.... its much harder for it to "snap" back when it has been stretched for a long time. I had the same problem 38G to 36DD...chest press & flys help but gravity is gravity🤷♀
I spoke to my OBGYN about my breast to see if I could lift them naturally. She said no. The size the are and how heavy they are, there was no way without surgery. She didn’t want to put me off from exercising and she gave me some great tips to still try. It was just facts🤷🏽♀️. Sad but true.
I had an OBGYN tell me the only way I could have children was through ivf and I am pregnant with my second naturally. I healed my body with diet after doing my own research. Doctors are there to make money. I'm not saying this will work, maybe it won't, but they really just want your money and starting with exercise is a risk free attempt worth trying I think. Much cheaper and you hurt nothing by trying.
Exactly! If your breasts are extremely heavy your case requires surgical intervention, a reduction perhaps...but strengthening the trapezes muscle is good for posture and helping to lift and build breast muscles not the tissue itself.
Sorry she is not correct. I acquired the nickname of flatchest in grammar school to high school. Always had a B cup unless I was pregnant. Well, I found a supplement that enlarged my B cup to a D cup without surgery. I'm 78 so many would say that is impossible but it is not when you find the solution. Those D cup boobies are now firming up with a stem cell patch that I have been applying for one year so far. Also my graying hair is turning back to my natural black color. So all of this is possible when you have the info. When I was younger I did these exercises and they do work! So much has been hidden from us Ladies for others to make money! Just remember when you put a knife to flesh, you lose the feeling bc those nerves do not regenerate! Asè ❤

It will never restore the breast volume or tone sagged skin. But by building the muscles of the chest back and upper abs your entire posture improves and breasts will lift. It will improve the overall aesthetics . P's IV heard a lot of plastic surgeons strongly recommend eating chickpeas for breast volume. ... Don't know how or if that works lol
@@lightwarrior432 Im a trainer, have done fitness comps. I went to Thailand for an augmentation after two children and I have had a lot of breast tissue removed due to begnin fibroids that could turn cancerous. But I meant what I said about building chest and back muscles.

These exercises do help with building up the muscle around your breast. You can’t fix sagging. You can alter the appearance though from muscle building. I definitely can confirm this 😅 Even my man noticed the difference

I’ve been exercising four 4-5 months once a week for at least one hour a day. I gradually increased the days. I just started exercising 3 times a week and immediately I see a change in my breasts, stomach, arms, face,and buttocks. I must also say, I stopped drinking wine on a daily basis. I only drink in social situations (which is still almost every weekend). I’ve lost about 20 lbs. I have 10 more pounds to go. Even if your breast don’t perk up, the health benefits are tremendous. I’m no longer on high blood pressure or cholesterol meds.

Great exercises Mr. London!Thank you. I could tell from just the warmups that the exercises were impacting my chest area. The full workout was not overbearing and I kept up well. The chest press on my knees was definitely the hardest. I was only able to get 4 done and not all the way down but I was proud of myself for doing four. I couldn’t have done that without working out already. You are also very encouraging. 😊

I had the most traumatic experience during my first time getting naked in front of my partner. The first thing he did was made a disappointing face and informed me that I have saggy breasts. Imagine being called that on the very first time you get intimate in your entire 29 year old ife. I am exrra concious of my body since then.
I was a 36 C in 5th grade and eventually my breast grew to 40 DD. I had my only child at 19 and my breast fell to the floor. I’m 59 now and I exercise 2-3 hours every day. No amount of weight training was lifting up my boobs. I’ve had cosmetic breast surgery twice and getting ready to have them redone. Take it from me, the bigger they are, the harder they fall. I’ve been happily married for 25 years and my husband is against cosmetic surgery. He loves me like I am, but it’s my body and my decision.
Yea I’m in the same boat. Giant boobs my whole life and now they say so bad. Nothing helps it but surgery. I weight lift an hour every day but it does not help at all.
That’s crazy, your husband acting like you didn’t have those breast before you meet him. How tf your going to be against someone else’s body that they had their whole life. Then pulled the I like you the way you are thing. Clearly he don’t like everything and does have some opinions about someone else body that he is not sharing if he is against you doing something for yourself.
You had 2 lifts w/reduction or just lifting??? Were they with or without implants??? If so, over or under the muscle??? Have you tried the internal bra??? Considering doing the surgery but heck if you’re going for a third round, it may not be worth it.
While a healthy lifestyle and exercise is key, lets be real. No amount of exercise is going to help the loss of fat, collagen, elastin, breast tissue, ect. As someone who is older in life, this will definitely help you age gracefully. Wich should be everyone's goal.

You’ll getting the answer on the introductory picture : the breast is a gland Not a muscle. It could not be grown or lifted by exercising . You can just enlarge the underlying muscle.

Its my first time watching your video and i am doing these exercise. August makes one year since i took surgery i just got the go ahead from my doctor i can start exercise now so am starting with this video . God bless you for this video to help us as woman . I even tried it. Didn't finish, due to not having any weights, but I am going to do it again and use water bottles until I get some weights. Still felt better trying to exercise than not. Which I usually opt for.😏
Thank you for your info, but I would like to recomend you taking 10000 UI of vitamin D3 and K2 for your hair because it looks very dry, this will help to totally stop hair loss and improves your hair softness and brilliance. I was loosing hair like crazy and have been taking 10000 UI of D3 + K2 for six months and it stopped my hair loss completely, now when I comb my hair all I see is one or two hairs.
I am 41 with six kids. Breast fed all my babies. I always had small breast but definitely since I started working out, breast are firm and a bit bigger. They look better then when I was younger 😂.
I got breast implants 13 years ago (under the muscle, to C-cup from a B-cup). I'm 53 now. During that time I fell off the workout wagon and gained about 30 pounds. And to add insult to injury I noticed my boobs were starting to droop and my nipples beginning to point south. I got to thinking and thought if I start working out again and eating healthy, I could (obviously) lose weight, gain strength, and tone up my muscles - including my chest muscles, which should in turn cause my breasts to firm up a bit (from losing some fat) and lift them (by gaining supportive muscle tone). So that's what I did, and now my breasts are looking better after less than 2 months. It takes work and the mindset to do it but for me it beats the alternative of letting them get worse, or painful expensive surgery. Plus I'm a lot healthier and just feeling better about myself again.
this has helped me so much with my self confidence. I have had 2 c sections from both of my boys 1 of them being since last May. I got up to 202lbs both times and now im down to 145lbs. i did breastfeed and i smoked on and off for years but now ive quit for good and im focused on fitness and am trying to reach 125 but my boobs have started to look like pancakes and thiss video has helped lift them up a little bit. thanks so much for your advice and help with these videos.

Correct me if im wrong, but there is no workout for the skin. If you've gained weight and lost weight in your chest that excess skin contributes to sagging there is no solution but surgery unfortunately.

These are great exercises that really work to lift the breasts.. even 34Gs. Of course, after breasts are so big, they're gonna drop some bcuz they'll look ridiculous sticking so far out from the body like headlights..but they'll be perky n not flat with no fullness or elasticity.

I am crying while typing this comment. I had a ideal body until my 25 years of age. i got a nasty allergic to COVID vaccine i took. I gained about 25 kg within three months with intensive steroid use. after that my body got full messed up situation. i got hypothyroidism,celiac disease,PCOS what not? i did intensive gym workout for past one year. what happened? nothing.. I didn't loose any weight even though i am going through strict diet. today my boyfriend moked me for my saggy breast i got it from this unfortunate event... whom to i blame? still i am following strict diet and workout. i ended up here for more exercise.. i don't know i am so sad.
Break up w him dude, if he’s willing to break you down over something normal and common, especially when in such a vulnerable place? That’s not exactly the type of person you’d want to keep around for the rest of your life…
You can build muscle under the breast tissue and it will “lift” it a smidge but it ain’t gonna do what most people think or this video is trying to portray. Only surgery will do that. And it’s perfectly fine to have sagging breast - that’s just gravity at work and there is nothing wrong with aging. Aging is beautiful in and of itself.

I’ve been a personal trainer for over ten years, a woman; a woman of many sizes and physical conditionings, and a woman who has had two children. I will say even slight growth in pregnancy was uncomfortable. I hope women of all shapes and sizes appreciate their body types and most of all have great comfort and joy in them. I can’t say these exercises will be a game changer aesthetically but they do make you stronger and that’s an epic win. No matter what, enjoy that body of yours. I had saggy breast since they started to grow… sometimes it’s simply genetics. I never had perky breasts.
Yep me too sis except for when I was 12. But when I started taking maca root and fenugreek they aren't perky perky but they don't look sad and droopy anymore

I’ve only been doing this work out for 3weeks & I definitely see & feel a difference! The first 2weeks I couldn’t really feel my chest muscles so I had no idea if it was working but in week 3 I feel it a lot more & can visibly see the progress! Thank youuuu for sharing this workout with us

I’ve been weightlifting for about a year now. My breasts were disproportionate, as my right was a tad bit smaller than my left and my boobs were a B cup. Since working out people have asked me if I’ve had a boob job. I’m a solid C cup now. It’s crazy how my body has changed! My boobs are now proportionate, my shoulders are wider and my back is stronger. These exercises do work. I do Arnold press, lateral raises, Flys, bench press, bicep curls, skull crushers, military press, gorilla rows, weighted punches and half raises. I split these into two workouts twice a week. It works!! Just takes time. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

B.s you either have small breasts that became firmer or it's all just a Placebo in your mind. Once the ligaments in breasts have been stretched they did not go back into position creating a droop in the breast

@MyWorlddd3210 breasts themselves don't. Their are muscles around and under the breasts. Doing this will firm your muscles and push the fatty tissue up and gives it a "lifted" look. It won't completely change the sag but building the muscles also fills in areas of the chest and pull back the skin above it. It's small but still can make a difference on your self esteem. It has mine.
I'm 65, big busted, keep fit and wear good bras and happy with myself but whether the exercises lifted my bust or not, what actually inspires me to do these exercises is your great muscle tone and definition. It's great, muscles should be like that, normal yet properly worked, not overpumped. Good job. Subscribed!!

What kind of bras? I have a bad back. Im also a 40DD. Under Wires kill me, and because i walk bent over my bra always bunches under my boobs. I tried and have sport bras. Much more comfortable and easier to get on, but they give me uniboob. Very unattractive.

However, since making the original comment, I've had a brush with breast cancer, found in a mammogram, and mercifully, removed and successfully treated. But I couldn't wear underwired post surgery, so had to buy post suregery bras. Went to M and S, found a super helpful assistant and bought a couple of bras. One style was a bit uniboob style but the other is quite stylish, it's really comfortable and looks good under my tops. I'm not looking to go back to underwires anytime soon!!

I’d really like to share my before and after pictures because this work out is phenomenal!! It took about 3-4 weeks to see results but with consistency and proper movement my breasts are slowly but surely plumping up!! My shoulders are more defined as well!!

I had surgery done for a VNS implant. The neurosurgeon said that what took the longest was him having to cut through my pectoral muscle(upper breast). He said that cause of how dense my muscles were it was hard to cut through. After I had asked my neurologist about why he never got on to me about my weight. His response surprised me. He said that I didn't fit the BMI. He had also shared my CT scans and MRIs and he said that I do have big bones and dense muscles. He mentioned how even a neurologist in Japan was surprised by my body build along with what was going on with my seizures.

I'm in my late teens and my breasts sag lol. They're too big for my body (I'm 5'2) and so they hang kinda low naturally when I'm not wearing a bra. I should be mentally prepared that the sagging and back pain will only get worse as i grow older 😔🥹

When you train the chest muscles repeatedly and minimum 3 times a week, the muscles of your breasts will make your breasts firmer.. the muscles that hold your breasts in place become bigger, making the breasts move forward.. But sometimes its just not possible.. I don’t understand these negative comments on this premiere, that hasn't even started.. Just hear Markell out, watch his premiere and dare to take the challenge before commenting..

I can validate that these type of chest exercises do work. Im 41 and a C cup. Natural sagging with age. Ive been doing chest exercises twice a week this last year in the gym. Ive been doing chest press, diamond press , press ups exercise like those shown in this video. My breasts have become perkier 100% even without a bra on. I dont know if its my imagination but i even feel it has helped my posture too. Im going to add some of the exercises in your video to my routine too. Many thanks

@@aartik9247 I've been doing chest exercises about 10 months. Before that to be honest I never did them in the gym as I presumed it wasn't needed. A fellow gym goer recommended to me that it's beneficial. I would say after 4 months I noticed my boobs looking nicer in tops. More lifted and better shape. I didn't loose cup size just more perky its hard to explain. I really noticed it too with that pesky armpit fat that bit that sits out of your bra. It's gone. I've lost more weight recently which I needed to so my boobs have gone down to a small c cup, but I don't care as I still have the nice shape and lift from the exercises. The real test is how they look without a bra on? For me I definitely see the difference and feel more confident. I do chest exercises plus back, bicep, tricep, shoulder exercises twice a week. I recommend all women to do upper body exercises the difference it has made in my confidence wearing certain clothing, my overall strength, posture etc. I really recommend taking photos monthly, that's where I could fully see the changes in my chest area plus giving you the motivation to keep working out.

This is very true, I’ve weight trained for years and always had big breast and they always were up and people always thought I had breast implants but it was from lifting weights, doing chest exercises. When Covid hit they sagged a bit because the gyms were closed and I used to train 6 days a week, now they’re lifting up again and it’s from the chest exercises and weights. This actually works

I've done most of this naturally from my intution for many years. That is why I belive in you.
Dumbbells will help solidify your upper body as well unless you have too much sagging. I had six children and still have a six pack and my breast are nice still no surgery needed. However, I started doing my mom’s old Cindy Crawford workouts on her VHS since I was 10. So now at almost 35 and six kids later my body is still nice due to consistency. It’s never to late to start.

Looking forward to trying this... Can I just say for anyone skeptical or doubting this could work - why not give it a try?! I am 55, and lost 60 pounds in the last 7 months or so, mosty by using a rowing machine. One of the things I noticed was the improvement in how much less saggy the girls are now. I also noticed that when I row and watch in a mirror from the side i can actually see the muscle lift my whole boob. So I can definitely buy into being able to make improvements. I'm hoping that this (and MRLONDONS other saggy breast workouts) will help me find other muscles in this area that I did not know were in play here. I don't expect to balance a plate and eat dinner off 'em or anything, but every little bit helps, right? At the very least I'll get some nice tone in other areas my rower didn't hit. Again - why not! Next up.... turns out my ass is totally flat without the chubbiness. Did not anticipate that...

@@jernigan23 I would ask MRLONDON... I'm no expert! Mine lost fat (DD to C), but my entire body lost fat as well. Also, this was the rowing - I have only just found this channel and started his targeted workouts. He is lovely, very motivational, and sensitive to women's body issues. I would try it!
That said, the community you've built is sweet to see. Women need more spaces that encourage them to get active no matter what age they are🙌🏾🙌🏾

I just came across this and did the first 4 exercises! You really can follow Mr. London easily and you do actually feel the burn and muscles feeling the exercises. This is a very good instructor to follow! He is good!
I've been doing 4 different types of weight exercises for the chest on the floor. I've been doing them for a few weeks. So far I can't really tell if it's making a difference in my breasts but I can already see a difference in my arms.
That's great, flabby arms are no joke.
If your chest area is sore then it's working
it's because it wont make a difference. breasts do no have muscle therefore you can not train them. your arms and pectorals yes. totally. the only way to preen sagging it's with surgery.

Couple of things:
1) Breast tissue is fat NOT muscle so the only way you can lift your bust is by first losing weight and hope it comes off your bust
2) Follow Mr Londons exercises...they will work BUT here's the kicker..... effectively what these exercises are doing is building the pec muscle under the breast tissue so if you have a large bust its always going to be nigh on impossible due to gravity.....if you are an A cup then yep it'll work because the muscle has less tissue to hold up
3) As a female body builder I would also advise you work your upper pec more so incline your chest press.....cross body flys are awesome though!
My breast didn't start sagging until I lost weight. I'm 36DDD but would say now maybe 36DD. Very full and round towards the bottom but not sitting high like before weight loss😢
@@CreoleScorpio This will have happened most likely because as you have lost fat from your bust the skin has lost elasticity.... its much harder for it to "snap" back when it has been stretched for a long time.
I had the same problem 38G to 36DD...chest press & flys help but gravity is gravity🤷♀
I spoke to my OBGYN about my breast to see if I could lift them naturally. She said no. The size the are and how heavy they are, there was no way without surgery. She didn’t want to put me off from exercising and she gave me some great tips to still try. It was just facts🤷🏽♀️. Sad but true.
I had an OBGYN tell me the only way I could have children was through ivf and I am pregnant with my second naturally. I healed my body with diet after doing my own research. Doctors are there to make money. I'm not saying this will work, maybe it won't, but they really just want your money and starting with exercise is a risk free attempt worth trying I think. Much cheaper and you hurt nothing by trying.

Exactly! If your breasts are extremely heavy your case requires surgical intervention, a reduction perhaps...but strengthening the trapezes muscle is good for posture and helping to lift and build breast muscles not the tissue itself.
Sorry she is not correct. I acquired the nickname of flatchest in grammar school to high school. Always had a B cup unless I was pregnant. Well, I found a supplement that enlarged my B cup to a D cup without surgery. I'm 78 so many would say that is impossible but it is not when you find the solution. Those D cup boobies are now firming up with a stem cell patch that I have been applying for one year so far. Also my graying hair is turning back to my natural black color. So all of this is possible when you have the info. When I was younger I did these exercises and they do work! So much has been hidden from us Ladies for others to make money! It will never restore the breast volume or tone sagged skin. But by building the muscles of the chest back and upper abs your entire posture improves and breasts will lift.
It will improve the overall aesthetics . P's IV heard a lot of plastic surgeons strongly recommend eating chickpeas for breast volume. ... Don't know how or if that works lol

These exercises do help with building up the muscle around your breast. You can’t fix sagging. You can alter the appearance though from muscle building. I definitely can confirm this 😅 Even my man noticed the difference

I do these exercises for my breast along with my excersises and yes they do lift and tone your breast. Keeps them from sagging so much. Also helps you to feel more sexy. Thank you for the motivation and training.🙂🙂🙂

I’ve been exercising four 4-5 months once a week for at least one hour a day. I gradually increased the days. I just started exercising 3 times a week and immediately I see a change in my breasts, stomach, arms, face,and buttocks. I must also say, I stopped drinking wine on a daily basis. I only drink in social situations (which is still almost every weekend). I’ve lost about 20 lbs. I have 10 more pounds to go. Even if your breast don’t perk up, the health benefits are tremendous. I’m no longer on high blood pressure or cholesterol meds.

Great exercises Mr. London!Thank you. I could tell from just the warmups that the exercises were impacting my chest area. The full workout was not overbearing and I kept up well. The chest press on my knees was definitely the hardest. I was only able to get 4 done and not all the way down but I was proud of myself for doing four. I couldn’t have done that without working out already. You are also very encouraging. 😊

I had the most traumatic experience during my first time getting naked in front of my partner. The first thing he did was made a disappointing face and informed me that I have saggy breasts. Imagine being called that on the very first time you get intimate in your entire 29 year old ife. I am exrra concious of my body since then.

I was a 36 C in 5th grade and eventually my breast grew to 40 DD. I had my only child at 19 and my breast fell to the floor. I’m 59 now and I exercise 2-3 hours every day. No amount of weight training was lifting up my boobs. I’ve had cosmetic breast surgery twice and getting ready to have them redone. Take it from me, the bigger they are, the harder they fall. I’ve been happily married for 25 years and my husband is against cosmetic surgery. He loves me like I am, but it’s my body and my decision.
Yea I’m in the same boat. Giant boobs my whole life and now they say so bad. Nothing helps it but surgery. I weight lift an hour every day but it does not help at all.
That’s crazy, your husband acting like you didn’t have those breast before you meet him. How tf your going to be against someone else’s body that they had their whole life. Then pulled the I like you the way you are thing. Clearly he don’t like everything and does have some opinions about someone else body that he is not sharing if he is against you doing something for yourself.

While a healthy lifestyle and exercise is key, lets be real. No amount of exercise is going to help the loss of fat, collagen, elastin, breast tissue, ect. As someone who is older in life, this will definitely help you age gracefully. Wich should be everyone's goal.

You’ll getting the answer on the introductory picture : the breast is a gland Not a muscle. It could not be grown or lifted by exercising . You can just enlarge the underlying muscle.

Its my first time watching your video and i am doing these exercise. August makes one year since i took surgery i just got the go ahead from my doctor i can start exercise now so am starting with this video . God bless you for this video to help us as woman . I even tried it. Didn't finish, due to not having any weights, but I am going to do it again and use water bottles until I get some weights. Still felt better trying to exercise than not. Which I usually opt for.😏

Thank you for your info, but I would like to recomend you taking 10000 UI of vitamin D3 and K2 for your hair because it looks very dry, this will help to totally stop hair loss and improves your hair softness and brilliance. I was loosing hair like crazy and have been taking 10000 UI of D3 + K2 for six months and it stopped my hair loss completely, now when I comb my hair all I see is one or two hairs.

I was breastfeeding for 2 years, I’m going to try all that I’ve learned and tell you about my results in some time🥰
I got breast implants 13 years ago (under the muscle, to C-cup from a B-cup). I'm 53 now. During that time I fell off the workout wagon and gained about 30 pounds. And to add insult to injury I noticed my boobs were starting to droop and my nipples beginning to point south. I got to thinking and thought if I start working out again and eating healthy, I could (obviously) lose weight, gain strength, and tone up my muscles - including my chest muscles, which should in turn cause my breasts to firm up a bit (from losing some fat) and lift them (by gaining supportive muscle tone). So that's what I did, and now my breasts are looking better after less than 2 months. It takes work and the mindset to do it but for me it beats the alternative of letting them get worse, or painful expensive surgery. Plus I'm a lot healthier and just feeling better about myself again.
I used to have them... I swear it was the fibroid fibers that had them so lifted. If I can get them back without a boob job, I'd be so ecstatic.
this has helped me so much with my self confidence. I have had 2 c sections from both of my boys 1 of them being since last May. I got up to 202lbs both times and now im down to 145lbs. i did breastfeed and i smoked on and off for years but now ive quit for good and im focused on fitness and am trying to reach 125 but my boobs have started to look like pancakes and thiss video has helped lift them up a little bit. thanks so much for your advice and help with these videos.

Correct me if im wrong, but there is no workout for the skin. If you've gained weight and lost weight in your chest that excess skin contributes to sagging there is no solution but surgery unfortunately.

These are great exercises that really work to lift the breasts.. even 34Gs. Of course, after breasts are so big, they're gonna drop some bcuz they'll look ridiculous sticking so far out from the body like headlights..but they'll be perky n not flat with no fullness or elasticity.

I am crying while typing this comment. I had a ideal body until my 25 years of age. i got a nasty allergic to COVID vaccine i took. I gained about 25 kg within three months with intensive steroid use. after that my body got full messed up situation. i got hypothyroidism,celiac disease,PCOS what not? i did intensive gym workout for past one year. what happened? nothing.. I didn't loose any weight even though i am going through strict diet. today my boyfriend moked me for my saggy breast i got it from this unfortunate event... whom to i blame? still i am following strict diet and workout. i ended up here for more exercise.. i don't know i am so sad.

Break up w him dude, if he’s willing to break you down over something normal and common, especially when in such a vulnerable place? That’s not exactly the type of person you’d want to keep around for the rest of your life…
You can build muscle under the breast tissue and it will “lift” it a smidge but it ain’t gonna do what most people think or this video is trying to portray. Only surgery will do that. And it’s perfectly fine to have sagging breast - that’s just gravity at work and there is nothing wrong with aging. Aging is beautiful in and of itself.
I would love to see some BEFORE and AFTER of women remaining the same size, yet with the breast transformation. Thank you!😊
