Wow, I'm really impressed with that trailer. It's not a typical toy hauler. A year ago we went to Little Sahara Recreation Area in Utah with our travel trailer and my wife's brother had his toy hauler 5th wheel trailer and Polaris RZR side by side. What a fun time riding in the dunes.
Some of the best affordable all aluminum toy haulers like this were made by Livin Lite from 2012-2017. They were bought out by Thor Industries and shuttered as they competed too well with their more profitable brands.
Another thing that's awesome about a Cimarron Freedom Toy Hauler, is the two front hydraulic jacks are all you need. It's solid enough that you don't have to hand crank 4 corner jacks.
Why would someone select something like this versus a standard toy hauler like a Momentum or Voltage? Lot of money for a mattress "on the floor" and a lift gate that doesn't double as an elevated patio.
Andre, loved the review on this unique toy hauler. It would be nice in future reviews if you could list the tank capacities(fresh/grey/black). Especially with the intent of doing some boondocking on these models. Keep up the great work. Thank you.
I like it. Someone else pointed out to me, you can over weight the back if you are not careful. not a problem for this trailer. I like it alot, For 8,000 LB max units, you put in a quad, some dirt bikes, you now have 20% more weight behind you wheels. I think manufactures, should come out with wight and balance chart to help out people like me!
Your opinion on trailer looking at...Drive 2018 Crew Raptor so only 6,000# tow & 1,000# payload, looking at ATC 7x14 for camping (13.5 btu AC w/ 4 wall insulated) at motorcycle tracks (2 bikes & lot of gear-just race fuel & tires 700#) and overnights tailgating at college sports. Trailer is 1400# empty & carry max 5500# on tandem 3500# torsion axels. What do I need & not need such as rule of thumb when you need weight distribution
Sencillamente espectacular, maravilloso remolque para llevarte las motos al circuito y dormir ahí, la pregunta es si entra un coche completo para llevarlo de track day
It is pretty nice but the 5th wheel toy hauler campers are much nicer. I have a toy hauler camper and I would rather have it than this one. Mine has a higher ceiling height and has two queen beds in the garage. This Cimarron is a lot like a Work&Play camper.
There is no comparison to build quality, towing and how long the all aluminum trailers last. These trailer will last as long as their owner does! They also hold their value FAR FAR better than "normal toy haulers. I have owned them all and my current 42' Sundowner will be my last. It has a 24' garage that will hold 2 RZRs, even if one is a 4 seater. You could also haul a car or jeep in mine. Show me a normal TH that can do that? Granted if you are all about living inside the trailer all the time this is not the way to go.
At 128K give or take a few K, a wheel base length the distance of 1/2 a basketball court and the fact it does not have the ability to haul an actual car but only bikes and 1 side by side.. no thanks. Even if I were making money hand over fist, I cannot see me ever being this impractical. A nice motorhome with a flatbed trailer like TFL owns would suffice for a variety of tasks. For about the same money as just this 1 trailer. Then you have to get a rig to tow it. So you can easily spend another 40-85K on the mule of the team. ;)
toyhaulers ALWAYS give up *ALOT* when you make a box for something to fit in there... not a fan of that tongue over sleeping pod...looks like something better for the kids rather than the adults..
Based on other brands with similar features, this is overpriced. My buddy bought one last month for $102k. If you wait a year, these will plummet, too.
It has an onboard 7000W Onan generator...so no, it doesn't come equipped with solar panels...but ya could always add solar panels on top if ya so desired to though!

I was just over there. Had to get an RV part at Transwest and then looked at one of the Outlaw Custom sport haulers there

Great review- we will have to go see that in person- Thanks

Arent those standard toy haulers either steel or stick and tin designs? And do they use real hardwood for their interiors?
@@ALMX5DP I think it depends on the brand quality purchased.
Cant haul a Jeep in a stick and fiberglass toy hauler. These will outlast those. I own a Voltage and it’s a POS.
That it’s super expensive 🤷🏻♂️
Tow piglet
Yup...somewhere in the neighborhood of $125K...😮

Nice vid
Similar to my 38’ Forrest River, but this has more living space. I wish mine had a door from the living area to the rear toy space.
Gotta work Andre... I'll be back this aftrnn...I'll watch this after work...Sorry Bro...got a trailer to work on.
Made it back Andre..sorry buddy...nice trailers..its huge🏁🏁🏁
I love working on this trailer.
Is it junk?

You shouldn't have any problem at all towin' a tandem axle 7'X14' cargo trailer with your dirt bikes & gear with your Ford Raptor.
There is no price mentioned in the video. Msrp online for these is atleast 128k.
Travis S because lots of trailers have individual discounts at the dealer.
@@ALMX5DP I know but not even an msrp is mentioned
@@oakleyfreak45 probably for that reason, no one buys (or sells) trailers for MSRP. I dont think I've ever seen one for close even.

What’s the pin weight?
Side by sides are the scourge of mankind.
Great video, thanks TFL! Nice toy hauler, but no doubt it's way overpriced!
Ryan Fillmore what are you comparing it to with that statement?
Good rewiew
Really nice
Guys for the first time in my life, I am I. Colorado. What off road trail can I go on with a Mazda CX-5 GT. In or around Silt, Co.
Would have been nice to see the sticker for the trailer. Also axle size? That will help to know the truck needed to tow the trailer.
Garrett McBryde well 13k dry weight plus anything in the garage should give you an idea. My guess is only 350/350DRW or above for any extended use.
Ya can always simply call Cimarron Trailers or Transwest & get all of that info!😉
What brand is the golf cart and where to buy?
How many gallons was the train gas tank?
Do they build a 1/2 ton trucks
That thing is cool
how do the geny hitches work with weight distribution?
Pizzleboy I think there’s a little extra to set it up due to the torsion feature but looks pretty straight forward on one of the gen y videos I saw.
Nice!!
How can I get one
Can a f250 tremor letriet tow this
Probably not since the pin weight will be north of 3000 lbs when loaded.
Alright how about a 350 tremor
I'm interested
They break or catch fire all the time?
grabir01 huh?
The price tag?
The dealer only posts call for price online. Found one on Rvtrader.com asking price was 128k.
@@oakleyfreak45 it's insane, might aswell have a semi for that

The first american thing on wheels I seriously want :D
I wise they sold them in uk or Ireland
Its Andrey Knievel lol
Seems to me horse haulers need ground clearance too.
So, I could almost fit my crosstrek in it?
