Day 3, done! I just started a new job where I have to stand for many many hours. I have a couple of hernias and in the first 2 weeks I had so much back pain that I made a promise to myself to find a way of not having any more back pain anymore. These are the perfect short, low impact, full body strength exercises. Thank you! I comment so I keep myself accountable! :D
Day 3, done! I'm actually doing this on vaction! I woke up this morning ready to go with this routine, and it was just the thing. I'm a trauma survivor, carrying a lot of emotion in my body (another reason to be gentle with myself.) This was good for my "cringe" muscles - all the muscles that tighten up to draw you into a cringe. Loosened the ones that tighten, activated the ones that bring you out of the cringe. Thank you! It would be helpful to have a reminder not to lock the knees when doing standing work against the wall.
Loved this Rachel … my 30 day hard challenge has gone to pot! 4 days away in Italy and then the Easter weekend has not helped with my usual routine! Was good for making memories though 😊 started back with this routine which I loved. Need to keep on track now … 30 countdown to Jamaica 🇯🇲😎🌞
Took it up a notch with wrist weights and doing the arm moves on the floor with full pushups 💪 For years I did knee pushups and sometimes my wrists felt meh but this felt great. I love how versatile your workouts are for folks just starting or those adding in a little more. And I love seeing everybody’s progress in the comments 🎉
are these wokrouts pregnancy/waiting time period safe? I am just loving these sessions, Its my day3 of the challenge and can feel my arms, abs burning already in a sweet way. I am in my waiting period and dont want to stop doing these. Please someone confirm here.
You can check with your OBGYB to be sure, there are no studies on wall pilates for me to be able to give an absolute yes. Typically though lying on your back for a prolonged time is more of a concern later in a pregnancy and I recommend my mat pilates workouts for those who are further along. Love this one with the day 2 workout. I have been doing the Peloton and its good cardio but this definitely feels like with will make me stronger.
