I am disabled so I can’t exercise. I have been a size 12/14 for a while but have lost a stone in 2 months. Just cutting snacks and not eating after 6pm as I go to bed at 7. It is very easy if you food prep
I've developed an illness since 2022 and I can't exercise either at the moment. That's amazing, I've gained lots of weight since pandemic and even more so recently. I should try your suggestions!
Hey Jess. That sheet mask is full of serum, once you take it off, leave it and let the serum sink in and add your other skin care, your face will be as soft as a babies bottom in the morning 😉 ❤
Good morning from a new subscriber (and fellow leftie!) in Texas! It's6:20 a.m. here I am 66 and have started (again🙄😆) exercising and eating better. I have had some health issues and want to do everything I can to get it under control. I haven't had breakfast yet, but most likely it will be 2 waffles and yogurt with that 2nd cup of coffee I am fortunate that I live in an area where walking is easy, and challenging. Lots of uphill. Re the cold face mask: I hold the mask (still in the packet!) in my armpit (over my clothes) for a couple of minutes before I open it. It's the warmest part of your body, and it makes the sheet mask a much more pleasant temperature to put on your face!
I have really been struggling to get back to healthy eating since Christmas. I am fed up with constantly thinking about food and feel as though I put so much pressure on myself. Struggle is definitely real

Hello from Poland Europe.😉😁 I TRY to be on keto, I don't eat gluten. I am fasting 2 times a week. I exersise on cross-trainer at home for an houre😅. It took 4 months and now I feel great.

Just thinking when cooking for yourself be less use of energy and get some food ideas for all of us!!! So pleased you are doing your challenge again, its really motivating for us all!! Thank you....I've had yogurt, blueberries, raspberries and plums.... Doing Weetabix Muffins...healthy alternative to cakes!!! ❤
I don’t eat breakfast as I do intermittent fasting. My first meal will be around 12-1pm so I had a big salad with some mixed beans, marinated tofu, and a tahini dressing. Re butter on sarnies, I use hummus instead 😁 xx
To get the most out of your sheet mask once you’ve used it and have patted the excess serum into your face fold it in half then leave it on your neck for a wee while then flip it over and put it on your décolleté and if there is any juice left at that point apply it to the back of your hands/feet/body ☺️ It also helps to carefully make a small snip with scissors at the area between your eyes, then below your nose & from lips to chin so you can shape it better to fit your face (it especially helps it fit perfectly under your eyes) if like me you are extra when it comes to self care look up “silicone sheet mask” which is basically a cover that allows the mask to stay moister (ew-is that a word?!) longer so it can work harder to hydrate your skin. Gotta get our monies worth!! To go even more extra, if you have a face roller, pop it in the fridge then roll over your face while the mask is on 🎀💕

On the skin care with a mask, i think it deoends on what type of mask. Sheet masks often have serums and stuff that you massage into your skin after and then I wouldn't do your skin care that evening. If it were a clay mask i would remove it and tone, serum, night cream

I’ve also switched to chicken sausages as of late because processed pork like bacon and sausages and red meat are carcinogens if eaten out of moderation! I realised I ate way too much of them 😅 it’s been a weird transition haha

The serum from the mask would have absorbed o if you leave your skincare for roughly an hour your skin would still get the benefits of the mask. Love your videos Jeff ❤❤❤❤
Don't cleanse after the face mask. Just add serum and moisturiser. Eye cream etc always cleanse and tone before the mask. Never after or your removing thework it's done.
I have an honest question and I truly have no ill motives. Do you really think the thickness of your lashes really suit you? I wear lashes sometimes; but choose some that are whisper thin. I get length; but not the bulk. Again, this is just a question; please no one give me any nastiness; because I'm not.
No i wouldnt cleanse again before bed as youve only just cleansed an put your mask on your gonna wash away all the ingredients of the mask thats what i do when i do a mask 👌💜✌️

You need an air fryer, chicken sausages are done so quick in there and saves pre heating oven! X

I got a facial today and right after they took the face mask off they did a normal routine .. toner serum moisturiser.. so I guess yep 🤷
