Hi Jess ,I love a wrap too ,try a slice of red onion in it.Also sweet chilli sauce is great on cream cheese with salad ,just spices it up ,but not too hot 🔥.Your so dedicated to a challenge ,go girl !!!!!!😊
Monday to Friday we eat the same Saturday and Sunday we have different meals.

I boil my rice with soy sauce added to the water when i make my fried rice. Crack some eggs it to when frying and scramble them up, tastes lovely!
Jess look at the Cosori pressure cooker, its a game changer! The only problem is its a bit bulky but it has slow cooker function and also rice function, so you don't need those. You get a tender stew in 30 minutes. Lots of demos on UA-cam 😊

I recently got some muscle moose protein powder in the choco hazelnut flavour. Milk and ice it tastes like a kinder buneo and very filling 😋

Great vlog jess I was going to eat what you eat in a day to help me loose weight but if you count the calories you are eating and the amount of sugar and calories in All the fruit you eat and thats not counting the wrap and main meal I would never loose weight take care
Jess works out though so needs the extra calories, everyone is different, I wouldn’t copy what anyone does, do what’s best for your body

Cook your meat in a pressure cooker first, takes 30 mins for beef. Then add to whatever your doing. Much quicker. X

They have multi cookers that have slow cooker, pressure cooker, rice cooker etc all in one. (Girl maths - more space in the cupboard cos you don't need all three, so worth it 👀🤭!)

I didnt think you could get lychees anymore. I'm jealous! You just need to peel them and remove the stones
instead of meat/eggs, eat nuts, oats, cheese, lentils, peas, beans etc [plant based protein]
You need meat for iron fibre and protein. There's no protein in plants and personally I think plants based food is fake food.
