Well done on the 110kg hip thrust! I’ve gone to 85kg before then I haven’t done it for a few weeks as I can’t get near the equipment so I have to almost start at 70kg to warm up. Tomorrow is my extra day so will see if I can then. I’m including cardio now as after losing 50lb I’ve been sticking a bit on the scales. Inches are still downward though 😂😍

Mum got me the gimmicky friends coffee advent for Nespresso, so good, really surprised. Sadly Aldi only stock the friends dolce pods but Amazon have them 🙊 having a coffee and catch up on your videos.
