Loved hearing this! I completed this at the end of last year as you inspired me ❤ Tips I'd share after being successful: I'm spreadsheet obsessed and made one on my phone to track progress. I.e. tick off each day if I completed all the items or tracking rest days / drinking days. I really felt satisfied ticking this off in morning for day before. I used this to show my weight too as motivation but know that's not for everyone. I did "eat well" so didnt give myself cheat meals, but always best the best choice. If I went out for food, I wouldn't order a burger as I usually would I would order a salmon and veggies for example. Water, hard to start but easy once got hang of it! I aimed to do 1L before 11.30, then another before 6 and then would easily do 1L after gym/a class. Drinking wise, I drank on social occasions but only 'special' social occasions. Gym I LOVED the classes, but always tried to incorporate Pilates once a week as part of the 6 days. This felt like a rest but was a great stretch for my body alongside the classes / gym. Overall I've found it's changed my attitude. I don't follow it religiously post challenge BUT I do read alot more, drink less and exercise more!❤ I agree to change rules to what works for you, its giving yourself a challenge that works for your situation

You have such a refreshing healthy attitude it can only help to inspire others to keep sharing 😊 I think when you can decenter weight loss/physical appearance(which I know is not easy as women!) and instead focus on your health both working on things to benefit your mental & physical health now and in the future it’s a total game changer! Weight loss becomes just a nice wee side effect but not the most important aspect ❤
I really want to do the 75 soft challenge. I already do the majority of the stuff but i really struggle with water intake. I only drink water but im never thirsty so i literally have to force myself to drink, so im lucky if i manage to drink 1.5 ltr a day. When i try to force too much it just makes me feel sick 😩😆. I'm going to try and give it another go. You're definitely helping to motivate me to give it a go x
Loved this, I’m back into my fitness since having my daughter. Long way ahead of me yet but I’ll get there! Your helping to motivate me to try do the 75 soft. Whether or not it’ll work for me 🤷♀️ great content atm Jess 🙌♥️🎉
I totally agree with not counting calories. I hate it and if anything, I get angry and over eat when I've reached the 'calorie goal'. I've joined slimming world again which is kind of a love hate relationship but I find it easier to follow. I don't like going to group much as the consultant demonised the amount of syns I've been having. I'm going to lose my way, and if it means it's slower because of the things I'm eating, I'll take a tiny loss and still enjoy life and food.

You have inspired me to get back to some better habits as well, I did 75 Hard a few years ago but don’t want to be some intense , 75 Soft it is.
You can exercise with kids . I used to walk for hours with a buggy when my kids were younger and I was a lot fitter than I am now
I did too - walked for miles!
Yes i agree 75 hard is not sustainable, 75 soft is a lot more manageable x

Try sparkling water with a little sugar free fruit juice... 😊
I forced myself to drink water and after about 2 weeks I was loving it. Now 4 years later all I drink is water ❤

If you put electrolytes in your water, you won't need to wee as much. I work in the community too.
