This workout was great! Here are my stats- Total steps- 3400 Calories - 287 kcal Avg BPM- 144bpm Max- 174bpm It wasn't 5k steps even though I was fast and in pace with her but I'm happy with the workout and exercises!😁
Love this workout! I’ve done it a few times now but not quite 5,000 steps only around 3,500 each time but regardless of that it makes me burn over 200 calories in 30 mins and gets me motivated ❤ thank you!

Finished this busy workout this morning. 300 calories! 🤩Love it soooooo much. Different from other walking exercise, this one is 60 sec with NO off and some moves are a bit more challenging. 👍 Highly recommend.
I only got 3000 steps. I added arm movements to many exercises and did real burpees to increase active calories. It was a fun and easy workout, perfect for those days you don’t want to hit it hard.
Never have sweat this much ever! Started 3 days with total beginner workout, low impact. Then tried yours on day 4. Love it! I don't know 30 mins can be this fast.

I have Psoriatic Arthritis and have bad joints, so these low impact or 'no jumping' workouts are perfect for me and exactly what I have been looking for. I would question the step count here, though. To achieve 5000 steps in 30 mins, you have to do 2-3 steps per second without stopping.

I was doing great til the first Fast Feet. From there, I couldn't keep up and it was a slow crash and burn. And yet, I finished. The burpees were a train wreck for me, but still. I'll be back to try this again I a few months and see how I've improved. Thanks for helping me get healthier. 46yo man.
I did this workout as fast as I could (slightly faster than Eleni Fit) with proper form and my total steps was 3576. This was a great workout and kept me interested throughout. Thank you.

Didn’t reach 5k in steps but I think the more I keep going at it I’ll get there. I did manage just over 1k in steps so I think that’s definitely a start and a step in the right direction. I can only get better from here on out

Holy crow. I TRIED the best I could. I do suffer in the coordination department. I modified some moves. By "modified" I mean I ran in place instead. For every 100,000,000 moves you did, I did 4. Challenge accepted. 💖

This workout is 🔥🔥🔥🔥!!! I loved it. I do have to supplement with another step workout to reach 10k steps after doing it twice. This one adds up to about 3.3k steps.

Due to being overweight, having Dystonia, and having two pretty bad rounds of Covid back to back and my lungs getting trashed from it, I can only do 10 mins tops, but it's a start.
