I love chimichurri and you're gonna love how easy this is to make! Special appearance by my wife...LOL
Here's what you need:
1/2 Bunch of cilantro finely chopped
1/4 Bunch of parsely finely chopped
2tbsp of fresh oregano finely chopped
*2tbsp of pickled onions
1 Red pepper diced
4 Garlic cloves minced
1/2 Cup of red wine vinegar
1 Cup of EVOO
Healthy pinch of salt and pepper
