When making crumbed things, use your left hand to dip in the egg, right hand in the flour/crumb mix. Don't mix a wet hand in the dry mix and vice versa. Everything gets clumpy and feels awful on your hands

I am a vegetarian because I love all animals. But I have to admit, even I am excited about how delicious Hailey's chicken wings look and how cross they sound. Haileys is so sweet and natural, and she seems relaxed and down to earth.

You could always make potato wedges using the same battering process you did for the chicken or add some parmesan cheese to that flour mixture for a twist.
