I haven't seen such wholesome food made with perfect attention since I used to cook with my grandparents as a child. Such a shame we're loosing these skills in the western world, well, in the UK anyway. Fast and prepacked meals from the supermarket full of additives. I don't know many people who can cook from scratch like this lady. I am inspired to cook as much fresh food as possible. Thank you for yet another beautiful video. P. S. You can't find butter and cheese like that either, special stuff!

Hi Mariya. From what I see, have found and harvested 2 types of mushrooms in Ukraine's Karpaty, and found elsewhere in Europe and North America: 1) white mushrooms = білі гриби = Boletus edulis = Porcini , and 2) slippery jack or sticky bun = Маслюк звичайний = Boletus luteus L .
