    The orifice tube is not located in the soldered section of the line like is stated in the video. Follow the line back to the a/c condenser at the radiator. That is where the orifice tube is located. Be sure to get an "orifice tube puller" to remove the old part. It may be lodged in there pretty tight and it is easy to break it with pliers or similar tools.

      That's good to know. Thank you. I contacted a chrysler dealership and that is where they said it was and that is why I stated that in the video. Thank you for the info because it will help out a lot of people.

      @@operationoverhaul Glad to help. I did not mean to sound critical.I had a heck of a time finding the thing on my '02 TJ when I replaced the evaporator and receiver/dryer last fall. I should have started by saying thanks for the video. It is very informative. The torque specs were very helpful and the tip about installing the power steering bracket was spot on.
