Yep! That's the same one I'm using. Settlements Proving Grounds adds a ton of workbenches all over the place.

I may have missed it, but is there any reason you're not fixing the homes with the same textures as the homes ("home of the future")? There are a couple mods that add those textures and since you're already using a mod, you might as well add them. Some of them have pre and post war textures.

I do need to go back and spruce it up. That's one of my older videos as I was learning to scrap and decorate while figuring out UA-cam.
My more recent ones like Sanctuary and the NukaWorld premiere from yesterday are much better!
