Yeah, but the robber had 5 children, (8 g friends) was going to college to be a brain surgeon, (dropped out in 2 hours), never hurt no one( after his 18th b-day-yesterday) bathed once a week(used soap once a month) & loved life (especially when he got fixed up) Can't wait to see the lawyers lecturing us.

Finally, some justice being dispensed!
This demonstrates how sick and tired ppl are. This man wasn’t even being robbed and he still took action!
ya, shooting a fleeing person, that is not justified, he protected/saved nobody, he killed a robber who was running away and displayed poor decision making skills doing so and knowing that then fled the scene. Now similar people in similar lack of sound reasoning skills are praising a murder on youtube. If the robber was running at someone then that changes things, but that was not the case here, otherwise i might be singing his praises. This was murder and it sickens me with most of you in the comments section being so blind to that this obvious fact. sick or stupid, take your pick.
First and foremost it’s possible to respond without being disrespectful or insulting anyone’s intelligence. Where exactly in my statement did I say whether he was right or wrong? Are you reading with comprehension or just looking for an opportunity to be rude?

@@DaytruinI have zero sympathy for the dude that got shot but you are absolutely right, the crime had already been committed and he was running AWAY.

Bystander murders man by shooting him the back as he ran away(no threat) who was alleged to commit a crime and then the shooter fled the scene.

Them robbers thought this was Oakland or Chicago.
Justice served, the video is self-explanatory no investigation needed.
Texas law stipulates that you can only use deadly force to protect yourself or others against deadly force, or to prevent various crimes including robbery.
The guy is clearly running away, therefore no threat, and the robbery already happened, so no crime was prevented.
So there's actually quite a bit of investigation needed and the video is not at all self-explanatory, notice how you yourself got pretty much everything wrong about this incident?
@@HungryLokiOne could assume that he was simply trying to take cover and return fire, we may never know his true intentions after the robbery. He could have very well been a repeat offender which can cause someone to believe he will come back and harm them.
@@HungryLoki
Fleeing felon rule, moron. It permits the use of force, up to deadly force against someone who is suspected of a felony and is in clear flight, which is exactly what this robber was doing, not to mention he was armed. Also, if you have probable cause to believe that a suspect poses a threat of serious physical harm to yourself or others, it is reasonable to prevent escape by using deadly force. So, there you have it. Perhaps know what you’re talking about next time instead of spewing a bunch of nonsense like a typical armchair quarterback. 😂

@HungryLoki the crime was prevented, the robber made away with nothing.

Same thing happened when a dude robbed a restaurant and got shot by someone carrying a concealed carry. He fled, the fact that you can protect people and still have to worry if you'll go to jail for it is sad.
Especially if you are white.
He wasn't charged for anything tho.
They did try to charge him, but the grand jury saw common sense and stopped it from happening. The cops said they just wanted to talk, they lied!
@bryanmarcia4104 They will find something. I would flee too, even if it was 100% self defense. The system today protects criminal, not the victims.
I think I saw that clip I believe it was at a Mexican restaurant.
They should be looking for the man to give him an award, and not because they want to "question" him, smh. What's this world coming to...
The police practicing due diligence--society really is over
Its called they want to uphold "the law." And today, the law involves punishing anything that involves protecting oneself or others. After all, had the one case about a relatively young man killing two gunmen not teach anyone anything? Even the government wanted him behind bars, and "activists" were doing everything they could to throw him behind bars. In the end, they failed, thankfully. I dont remember his name I just know he killed two gangster gunman who had been in a shootout with police, of whom one of the police was injured.
Our law system doesn't favor nor support nor want vigilantes nor good Samaritans... it wants COMPLIANCE and OBEDIENCE!
My condolences to the gun, the bullets, the shooter, his family, the robbery victim and his family.
