I just realized something after watching...she actually doesn't get out of the car immediately after the shots ring out, she waits 5 or 10 seconds. I think that's because if she's his accomplice, she assumed the shots fired were her "baby daddy" shooting someone else, and then got out once she realized it was actually the person in the car who shot him.
but ofc. She drove him here - to hijack the car. She stayed off sight, but when she heard gunshots she moved to the very scene... Like it's so blatantly obvious what's what and who's who.
And I’m thinking this also wasn’t their first rodeo. Both the perp and his ‘baby momma probably thought this would be like all the other scores. Probably thought they’d be back at the trailer hitting the pipe & assessing the days’ take in no time.
yeah. and how she knew right in moment that is her son when he had mask? from where the f. she just appear few seconds after shots? she was waiting that bastard thief right few meters sight
That boy didn’t know what hit him. Rest in Peace though to him. But it goes to show how either horrible his character was, or how desperate for money he was, his last words were a lie. “I wasn’t going to rob you”.
Kid CLEARLY knew someone was in the car - you don't run up on a car with a pistol in hand, throw open the door and point the gun if you think the car is abandoned. He was a carjacker, plain and simple, and the father trying to 'defend' his son's actions shows how responsible the father truly is.
yep. especially since he ran across the front of the car. he looked right thru the front windshield and obviously saw there was someone in there. this is why you don't rob people in the US. we have the right to arm and defend ourselves and it can easily get you killed.
The father is somewhat responsible for this young man's actions. Had he been advised through his childhood, by his father, maybe that would have not happened,
They showed up because they were at the young man’s house. The undercover cop was doing surveillance for an unrelated case and the young man was trying to determine what the car with the tinted windows was doing parked near their house for all that time. This shooting is BS. And this channel is outright lying. The kid was wearing a mask as many people do nowadays, and the young man’s last words were “I wasn’t trying to rob you”. This narrative and the title and description of this video is an outright lie.
"Yeah my son opened the door and shoved a gun in the officer's face, but I don't think he was trying to carjack anyone". With a father like that no wonder the guy turned out the way he did!
"My son thought it was a dumped car" Ah yes I always wear a hoodie and mask when picking up abandoned vehicles. Dead beat mom, dead beat dads, both of them.
The level of entitlement from these people is monumental. Not one person from his family actually cared that he was a thief and a robber who was armed while committing a felony.
No it's not worth killing someone for items/articles when it's not yours, but the owner would beg to differ. Don't touch or open what's not yours & you'll probably won't get shot/shank or beaten. 😉😉
To be fair, while I entirely agree with you that she was in on it, for the sake of argument I want to look at the other side for a second. The mask he was wearing (from what I saw anyway) was a ski mask with the upper part open for ski goggles. Meaning all anyone could really see was his eyes. Quite often, a person can recognize someone from their eyes alone. Either way, this was a family plan, and it just didn't go their way because they were too stupid to do any recon.
Alternatively, considering how fast other family members show up I suspect this incident happened either right out front of, or within walking distance from their family home. I just think everyone immediately saying she must be "in on it" are jumping to some rather extreme speculations and judgments out of conjecture. We DO NOT know the full details. Reading the video description verified my thought about them living nearby. They all lived literally right next to the scene of the event.
@@northerner3340 ok, here's just one easy Occam's and Hanlon's razor alternative version. The car was sitting outside their house for hours. This would spook nearly anyone. The sitting car was noticed earlier. They left for a while for unrelated reasons. The car was still there when they drove home. So the guy decided to investigate. Possibly fearing the worst (it could just as easily be gang members scoping their home for all he knows) he retrieves a gun and mask from his home. Knowing it's a high crime and gang area, he decided to conceal his identity and be armed, both just in case. Gangsters can be awfully retaliatory after all. Im not saying thats at all what actually happened, and yes it's based on a lot of assumptions and conjecture, but no more so than the "it was definitely a carjacking and she was an accomplice" theories.

The Felony Murder Rule in Criminal Law. The felony murder rule is a rule that allows a defendant to be charged with first-degree murder for a killing that occurs during a dangerous felony, even if the defendant is not the killer. The felony murder rule applies only to those crimes that are considered “inherently dangerous,” as the rationale underlying the felony murder rule is that certain crimes are so dangerous that society wants to deter individuals from engaging in them altogether. Thus, when a person participates in an inherently dangerous crime, he or she may be held responsible for the fatal consequences of that crime, even if someone else caused the actual death. Inherently dangerous crimes may vary by state, but typically include burglary, robbery, rape, arson and kidnapping.

Knowing it's a high crime and gang area, he decided to conceal his identity and be armed, both just in case. Gangsters can be awfully retaliatory after all.
