  • Ingredients: 90cc balsamic vinegar, 500cc rice vinegar, 120g sugar, a little salt, 3-4 bay leaves, the peel of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon black pepper. Vegetables used: 400g Italian tomatoes, 3 cucumbers, 300g Chinese yam, 100g cabbage.
