Thanks Caroline, I’m 64, my osteoporosis was detected when I was 42 so I have been under hormones since but not really exercising as I should have! I love this routine because my last visit with my doctor he found my left arm needed more exercise since the bone density was low! Your exercises today were exactly what I needed to work it out more at home without needing the row machine at the gym! I’m very happy that I found you!

This was a very effective workout for EVERYONE!!! I have osteoarthritis and this was an exceptional workout! I just loved it! I really felt my butt in the glute extension and especially my hamstring in the hamstring extension in this workout. You don't have to use much movement to really feel these. Hi Caroline! One thing I like about your workouts is you give people time to move from one position to another before starting the next exercise. In other videos I've watched, the trainer (obviously in great shape) easily flows to the next position and begins while I'm still trying to get up from/or down to the floor! Thank you for recognizing most people are not as limber as the trainer.
A desk chair in a hotel rolled out from under me in February and I broke my back. This is the first exercise routine I've done since. Thank you very much. It's nice to come back to you!! Even if it isn't the routines I've loved in the past. But I know I will get there. Thank you for your positive energy. This has been a tough battle. Today is a great day!!!

Hi Caroline, I’ve been doing physical therapy for the past six weeks and I’ve definitely reduced the pain on my hips. And I think this would be great to continue on a daily basis. Thank you but I do need some things that I can do that are not on the floor as my knees are not the best at this time.
Thanks so much for this energizing and motivating routine! I practice the entire video three times a week right after warming up with Dr. Fishman's yoga poses. On rainy days or sluggish days I do some of your other energizing routines like your walking video. The rest of the week I walk or work on balance, meditation, and breathing.
