    Smoothie recipes:
    Apple Cinnamon smoothie
    Apple: 1/2
    Cinnamon: 2 pinch
    Greek yogurt: 4 oz
    Protein almond milk: 8oz
    Beetroot: 1 tsp
    Stevia: 2 tsp
    Blue berry Matcha smoothie
    Blue berries: 4oz
    Greek yogurt: 4oz
    Protein almond milk: 8oz
    Spinach: 1/2 cup
    Matcha powder: 1/2 tsp
    Stevia: 2 tsp
    Mocha protein smoothie
    Cold brew coffee: 4oz
    Manzano (optional) banana: 1
    Protein almond milk: 8oz
    Maca root: 1/2 tsp
    Stevia: 3 1/2 tsp
    Strawberry & banana smoothie
    Strawberry: 4oz
    Manzano (optional) banana: 1
    Protein almond milk: 8oz
    Tumeric: 1/2 tsp
    Greek yogurt: 2oz
    Stevia: 3 tsp
    Tropical green smoothie
    Kiwi: 1/2
    Green apple: 1/4
    Spinach: 1/2 cup
    Pear: 1/4
    Celery: 1/4 cup
    Lime: 1 wedge
    Coconut water: 8oz
    Spirulina: 1/2 tsp
    Ginger: 1 tsp

    I just met Chris at the Fit Expo Los Angeles and he gave me some tips on how to achieve the plank pushups. It was crazy to meet so many people in the line waiting to see him that have been deeply inspired by his work. Such a nice an real person, he is the type of creator that really adds value and changes to people lifes.

      Bro its just exercises and diet. And the diet advice is bad. His whole diet is focus on protein which is not the whole part of a diet. Ask him to post micronutrient content for his diet foods and you’ll see they have suboptimal levels. You want diet advice? Eat eggs and beef and drink milk.

      His whole focus is not just protein. Did you even watch his videos? Just eating beef eggs and drinking milk is not the answer either. Eggs are good in moderation because they are so high on your cholesterol. And milk isn't great all the time either so much saturated fat. Maybe oat or almond milk ​@@ddsdwedqwed362

    Hi Chris! I started watching your videos last year and you helped me gain the confidence and motivation to start working out and eating healthier. A few years ago, I was severely depressed and food was a quick and easy way to cope with the sadness. I ended up gaining 20+ pounds, and was in the worst shape of my life not only mentally but physically. Since I started seriously working out and eating healthier, I've lost the 20 pounds and I owe part of my journey to you and the online fitness community. Thank you for being a good coach and an inspiration to so many. I wish you a long and fruitful career for many more years!

    Love the variety you use between the smoothies for different taste options. Also really glad you threw in some extra ingredients like the beetroot powder. It’s easy to get in the habit of blending berries, bananas, milk and protein powder for a quick fix but these will really spice it up! Thanks!

    Hey Chris! Just wanted to say that I've been a long time fan of your content for these last 3 years, and it wasn't until this last year that I decided I'd take my life more seriously after seeing how much you've been able to accomplish through your crazy work ethic and dedication. Thanks to you and your workouts, I went from being over 225 lbs to around 185 lbs this past year, and from only being able to do 4 pushups with questionable form to 3 sets of 10 explosives! It was also really cool getting to personally meet you at the Fit Expo in LA, and I appreciate both you and Stefan for signing my Heria shirt! Mad respect, and me and everyone else who's grown so much from your content will continue to support you and what you stand for from the sidelines!
