I was going to skip working out today, until I found this great 5 minute workout. It was quick and I loved the flow of the movements. I did add weights for some of the exercises.

I struggle with consistency so this is great! I've been doing this one daily for like a month (I have missed some days, I confess) I sometimes challenge myself for example doing like wall push-ups. I think it'd be great to have 5min week with different full-body workouts for each day

I just love the flow of this video. Thank you for all of these 5 minute videos. They are short and effective. After two months of seated workouts due to an injury and I am so happy to be back to doing your five minute videos. I just don't do the walking one just yet that one still hurts my knees. I am doing this video 2-3 times a day just to get back on track. Could you do some 5 minute yoga or Pilates. Oh and love the last part, nothing like getting the murder mittens on bare legs. I have three cats (one is a kitten) and do I ever know what the murder mittens feels like.
After a really bad week of not doing many workouts, this was the perfect "get back on the horse"! Thank you, Lucy. Also, if you could make a Hip Flexor workout, that would be amazing.
Good morning Lucy although I've been following you for many years these 5min toning exercises seem to have missed me 😮. But I'm so glad that through my 1:1 personal training program I'm now doing these exercises as part of my daily work outs. Being perimenopausal I've been told to do strength training but these toning exercises using body weight are just fab and with no risk of injury 😊😊. More power to your elbow as I approach my 50th next year I just want to remain as healthy as I can possibly be. I recently had a health check up and was told I have a heart age of 47 😅😅so that's why I will keep doing your work outs ❤❤. Thank you for all that you do and educating is all. 🙏

My mom and dad have diabetes and my dad suffers from a leaky bladder along with other health issues. Also they don’t exercise. I was looking for a short whole body workout as i cant commit to do a 15minute one. I thought i can try doing a shorter workout once in an hour or at least once every two hours and try to get closer to that 30minutes a day done.😂. Thanks a lot Lucy!! This one is perfect!!
Oh my gosh Lucy 😂❤I loved doing this 5 min total workout .. it felt so great getting back on track and especially after my knee injury but also a stay at home wife and mom to a wonderful husband and pretty terrific 14 year old who’s developmentally disabled and continues to show her mom in her own way “ time to workout mom!! Lucy .. workouts are so much fun and wonderful .. would there be a chance to see some yoga ,preferably detox yoga ? God bless
