I do only standing workouts now and alternate between walking, light weights, stretches, whole body workouts. Keeps the interest and I believe each works the body in different ways.

Ooh excited for this! I was just wondering whether you’d ever consider making any full body workouts using light dumbbells, I know you’re a big fan of body weight cos it’s safer for the joints but I’ve been thinking of maybe incorporating some weights every so often for some variety. I’ve looked at some other UA-cam videos that have some but they’re not as good as you 😂 but ofc if you only want to make body weight that’s fine, extremely grateful for all the videos you’ve posted and all you’ve done so far ❤

I struggled to fit exercise into my day as work till 7pm every night. But I put my pj's on and do it in them. 15 mins goes so quickly. Hope you get motivated 😊

Good morning Lucy, you must be a mind reader as I was hoping there would be a low impact exercise work out today !. Due to time of month, I prefer low impact work out and have understood they are just as effective as high impact. Really loved this as time flew by and made your brain work too. 'Exercise snacks' are such a good idea. I'm someone who snacks on junk food way too regularly so I'll try to switch to exercise snacking instead.
The key with exercise is making it doable and we can do short bursts of exercise snacks throughout our day 💕💕

I sometimes use dumbbells with Lucy's video and I find that that works really well, maybe you can do that too? 😊
I remember videos encouraging the use of one pound wrist and or ankle weights. Just adds weight to the body and extra resistance and who is the wiser?

I like your video walking steps but when I do exercise my sugar will lower down I don't know why do you think so your video is ok for me.
