    Thank you so much ❤ i have a question: what do you suggest to make with that drawn negative thoughts? I have the feeling that the make me also feeling bad when I don’t delete them after a while. But they are also good to take a look at time to time. What do you think? 🤗

      @@Kizi213 I write it down on paper usually, and I write a positive belief instead of the negative and symbolically you could burn the paper with the negative ones ❤️

      @@Kizi213 and honestly I wrote a lot of poems when I was depressed haha, they are very sad and dark and I have them in my notes but sometimes I like to look back and just see how far I came because I remember how I felt and it makes me proud that even in my darkest moments I found the strength to bring something down to paper/my phone with words and this also makes me feel better xx

      @@Khannajmah you gotta stop talking about this bullying pattern and this negativity and keep on speaking about it, focus on what you want to see and speak life about yourself. If you talk and focus so much on bullying that’s what you’re gonna experience more of. Treat yourself good and stop living in your past with this memory. Let go of it, tell yourself it’s your past and not your future and that you are only accept good treatment from yourself and others

      @@Khannajmah I just explained it, you have to sit with the feeling and be still. Ask yourself where do you feel the feeling in your body? What are you thinking? Was there a similar situation? Is the situation now the same than the situation that caused the trigger? Embrace the feeling, don’t judge it. Send it love. Breathe in & out multiple times and then write down how you feel. Usually the feeling for me goes away then and I’m feeling better

      @@alianajolie actually m not able to deal with pain , there were people who pretented to be my friends and bullied me like threat me on call. Knowing m powerless like I don't have contacts like them...can u pl help me .. m bullied in life thrice. Like people don't come in front but bully me behind making gangs pl hlp

      @@Khannajmah stop saying you’re not able to deal with pain, stop talking about that this is "always" your reality. You are not powerless. You give the people power by allowing that to happen and keeping on telling yourself that you’re powerless and always bullied or ganged up on. These people are not your friends. You gotta stop giving these people access to you and then build up your confidence. People who are bullies are very insecure and miserable themselves. That’s what I would focus on, know that they’re the bad people not you, and that them treating you like this has nothing to do with how you are as a person. Stop hanging out with them and speak up for yourself, draw boundaries and most importantly stop saying things like „I’m so powerless, I’m always bullied this and that“. You’re in the I am-trap that I spoke about in my video. You need to stop identifying with this past 🙏🏽🤍

      @@alianajolie thanks I do know they did to bully me down .. I know their reality now .. but how to remove this from my mind and brain ? Like I feel its pain due to helplessness

      @@Khannajmah your only helpless if you keep on telling yourself that. You need to release that thinking and feeling loop of reliving your past. Start journaling when you feel the anger / pain coming up or do Breathwork to release the negative energy and reset your nervous system 🙏🏽
