Thank you for your video it has helped me greatly im a man with terminal cancer but getting into knitting has helped me greatly my loom turned up today so looking forward to getting cracking very soon thanks Steve
❤❤❤❤ all the best wishes. I hope you are still with us ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Don't know if you're gone or not, Steve, but I hope you made lots of marvelous things, nonetheless. Hope someone close to you has a great hat to remember you by.
@SteveWise-yd5dd I know you posted this 2 years ago but I hope you’re still with us. God bless you😇 I hope you enjoyed your loom and you have made many hats. I hope your family and friends were fortunate enough to get one of your hats.
I have never ever made a hat! My husband has been begging me to make him one for YEARS..so I did today! Started and finished the hat in less than a day (mom of four kiddos too) and I’ve only ever crocheted one other thing. You are a great teacher, everything was crystal clear. Thank you so much!
Same here. I’m going to try it soon

one day? took me 5 :(
Been making beanies for several years, never successfully made a brim until today when I watched your video, thank you
My dear 88 yr old mom taught me how to do this... By the time I was finished with a hat, I had forgotten how to begin another! Luckily I found this! I will continue to make hats as part of mom's group at church who, after praying for their warmth and comfort, donate to area homes. ❤
Aww that’s so lovely!! 🥰 I’m glad the tutorial helped and thank you for sharing!
Watched each step and followed you on my knitting loom. My first go ever…turned out brilliant. So easy and quick. One happy 70 year old. Thanks
It’s easy and hard but it’s the best way to do it. My dad has one of those so it’s quite easy.
I’m happy that I found this tutorial. I’m a 26 year old man who has never done anything like this but I’m interested in historical reenactment and I need to take a beanie with me on a trip to France. Reproduction ww2 hats can get expensive so I decided to make my own with a loom that my grandmother had. It turned out great because of this tutorial! Thank you!
I have had a knitting loom for years, and have never completed a project. I have recently gotten the yarn crafting bug, and have been crocheting several projects. All of my yarn came up from the basement with the knitting looms, directions, and tools. I am totally doing this one for my first ever knitting loom project! So cute!!
I made my first ever hat, and I am only 13. This video was every easy to help me start. I love this video ❤
Same I also made a headband with this machine
Im 59 and love my loom. I make my kids, grands and great grand hats every Christmas
Thank you for the tutorial my grandma was sick and she really needed a hat and I had a loom knitting kit but I didn't know how to use it so I searched up on you tube and found many videos But none of them helped but ur video was the only tutorial that could help. It's all because of you my Grandma isn't sick anymore and I can make more hats for my family thank you so much!!!
At all most 75 years old and never having crocheted before, I found your video very easy to follow. I have made two hats now and I'm loving it! Thank you! ('Already recommended your video to a fellow beginner!)😍
But it is knitting, not crochet... Crocheting is totally different, but is also easy :)
I have just bought myself a round loom to try and make a hat, as I've made scalfs on a long loom for loads of people and thought I try and make a hat to match and I have looked on other videos and they confused me and this video is so clear and understanding, saved in my downloads and will follow thank you
My birthday was a few days ago and i got a knitting kit…the instructions made no sense but this really helped me make my cute hat! You just earned a new subscriber! ❤
Same😂
I've been crocheting for several years. I don't like manual knitting, but I bought a loom on a whim yesterday and this video is great!
Out of all tutorials I've watched this one was the most easiest and understandable one yet. I'm moving and kept my crochet stuff with me bc my mom showed me the looks she had and gave me a hat she made when she was fifteen ( I kept them instead of packing them so that I had something to do if I got bored). She forgot how to use them and I had no idea how to use them so I looked it up to find you which looked the most promising (lol) and turns out it was. Ty so so much! You really helped me and now I am making hats as my hobby!
i made it in 3 hours! one of the best crafting tutorials ive ever seen! thank you!! (:
such a clear easy tutorial! I've made 2 hats now using this tutorial and have never used a loom before the first hat I made! So thankyou so much!
Thank you. I found a loom at a thrift store and wasn’t sure how to use it so thank you so much.
Thanks to your tutorial, I made my first hat!!! In a day! Thank you for your easy to follow instructions! I’m so pumped!
Thank you for this video!! Finished off hats made by a woman who passed away- her husband really wanted them to be finished. There were many started hats on looms! I already knew how to make the pompoms for them and how to do the E stitch. Just needed to know how to finish them off but I really appreciate this instructional as now I can make my own hats start to finish. Much love
I finished my first hat in 2 hours!! This is so exciting! Thank you:)
Poop u
😊
Thanks so much I literally got the loom kitting 4 days ago I started looking for videos that are clear and underdebul until I came across your video I actually did a small one for my dog and a big one for me and right now it is on my head one more time Thanks a lot
Thank you so much! It's lovely! I was wearing this cute hand-made knit cap (made by my great aunt) today, and wehn my sister complimented it, i jokingly told her that I made it (since I started crocheting and knitting last year). She and my nephew were so impressed, "You MADE that?!", and then disappointed after I'd corrected them, that I immediately thought to learn how to make a hat so I can impress them properly and proudly 😂.
I never comment on videos but I just want to say I watched this yesterday evening and started it then and I was done by the morning! Best tutorial ever!
I love this hat and my dad has been begging me to make a hat forever and I finally finished it and I just love it! You are the best teacher ever!
This is amazingly simple! I have been struggling with a variety of patterns and did more ripping out than stitching. You made the instructions easy to understand and the demonstration was perfect. Thank you! The hats I'm making are for cancer patients and these will be so soft and comfy to wear.
I’ve made two hats with this tutorial! They both came out so well!
I haven't used a loom to make hats since I was in elementary school. Just made this hat today for my son and it turned out gorgeous! Super quick and easy!
I bought the Big Twist Yellow Medium Knitting Loom from Jo-Ann's yesterday and I love it!!!! I am making a hat with it that has different colors in the yarn. I will do the brim from now on like you did your brim for your hat
My bf bought me a loom kit and this is the perfect tutorial because the instructions that came with it confused me so much lol. Thank you!
Excellent tutorial, I was having problems with the brim and your explanation got me right through it.
thanks! super clear tutorial. I'm a knitter and crocheter but bought a loom recently on a whim, and it's nice to knit something without thinking about measurements, how many stitches to cast on, etc, lol.
Thanks I knitted my first hat with a loom in less than 24 hrs. Easy tutorial 😊
Im currently working through your loom knitting Playlist to learn how to loomknit! Would love to see other projects by the time I finish my way though. Yours are by far the easiest to understand! Thank you for making them.
Thank Darlyng 🎉😊
Just finished my first loom project ever with your tutorial. It was super easy to follow along! Thanks:)
Yay!! I’m thrilled to hear that 😊😊😊
I've tried to use one of these with a book for years now but never figured it out and gave up. This video makes it look so easy. Thank you. Time to try again once I finish my sewing project.
I’m so thankful for finding your tutorial! It’s so calm and descriptive and you take your time I made my very first hat and finished it within a day in a half about to make more!
I can see this being something fun to do during a road trip. It makes me appreciate my Sentro so much more😂
Just made my daughter a toque with this video! My first ever project using my loom and I am so happy to have found this video! Thank you for making it so easy to follow! 🎉🎉
Thank you SO much for making such an easy to follow video!! I’ve made two (baby) hats today!
This was an awesome tutorial! I've tried crocheting and knitting on and off, but my sister bought me a loom so I thought I would give it another try. Thanks to this tutorial, I now have a cute hat!
I use regular knitting needles to knit, but what a fun and easy way to have an easy alternative for knitting! I think this is easier for children to learn on. Beautiful video and very easy to follow instructions! Thanks!👍🏼❣️
I always refer back to your video. Thank you for your great instructions.
This was the best tutorial on making a hat I just finished the first one I’ve ever made , thank you for your detailed instructions 😊 mine came out great.
Fantastic video to really learn the “how to” of making a hat ! THANK YOU !
This is by far the best tutorial to follow along with. So wonderfully explained. Thank you for this video!
It’s interesting to see how different everyone makes a hat on the loom. Thanks for sharing
just made my first ever hat!! couldn’t wait to get home from work and finish it today!! THANK YOU for how easy this was 😃
omg thank you so much all the other tutorials were so confusing and with your help I made a hat and i am very proud
That’s awesome! I’m so glad you were able to make one! 😊😊
This was my first ever loom tutorial. Great instructions. 🎉 I completed my hat in a few days! Thanks
Your videos were great and easy to follow and I've made my first hat for my 5 month old granddaughter. This is also my first time ever using a loom really love it will keep watching.
I am going to try it. You spoke so calmly and clearly. I think I could do it!
This is the most creative video I've watched. If I had the circle maker I surely can make this incredible hat.
Excellent tutorial! I’ve made many hats but this has afforded me to make a perfect hat with the instructions so clear and easy. Thank you
BEST tutorial I’ve used it a couple times and I’m a total newbie so easy to follow and turns out phenomenal !!
I had always wondered what to do with this I had one of these looms before couldn’t figure it out through it away Bottom again decided I could figure this out searched for a video to explain it so I could understand it and found this one when I first started I thought oh I won’t like this I finished it in the same night I am so excited I’m going to make another one thank you thank you thank you for all your help
Brilliant video, I've tried a couple of different tutorials since this one but yours gives a much more professional finish ❤
Thanks!
Thank you so much 😊😊
You made it look so easy. It took several attempts, but I finally got the first stitch down. I have two rows done already. I can't wait to do the other eighteen rows and stitch my hat, Thank you so much!😍🥰
I’m 11 years old and I wanna start making theese! Thank you so much! I’m using my moms yarn she has a lot of yarn! :D
Thank you!! This was my first hat and it's so beautiful!! You're a great teacher ❤
I really enjoy watching you teach how to knit a hat on a round loom...After I saw you do it , I just had to get a set of looms...and I really enjoy it. Thanks 😊
This is SOO helpful! Thank you for sharing this. I saved it so I can return back if I forget again how to make one. I especially liked how you showed how to change colors and how to cast off!
Thank you so much for your fantastic tutorial! I’d never so much as seen a knitting loom, let alone use one, and I just finished a hat that I don’t want to take off!❤
Thank you! I’m a total total beginner and you help me in detail to……I’ve just finished a hat.
Thank you very much, your instructions are so much clearer than on the instructions that came with the loom! 😊
I am so glad I came across your page. I successfully made this hat, but I could see through the stitches. Totally my fault as I only used medium weight yarn. Definitely going to try with bulky next time.
Best toutorial yet, so detailed and simple! ❤😊
My daugther just finished her first loom-knitting project, following your video.
Your video is an excellent guide, with all questions answered.
I foresee a near future where I will become well acquinted with the cute woman down at the yarn store 😀
Second project completed because of your tutorials!!! ❤❤thank you!
Thank you so much! I have never done any loom work so I’ve been watching video’s on it. They’re all good but for some reason yours I was able to understand and do. I’m glad I found you.thanks
You have been a god send😩💕💕 within one week I’ve made two hats 😮💨😮💨
Thank you so much for your tutorials! I'm not that coordinated but your loom tutorials have helped me to make 7 hats for my family so far and one of your twisted headbands! I can't thank you enough for providing such high quality and clear instructions!

Thank you for a wonderful tutorial! I made a hat!! I was impressed with myself!!
Thanks so much for sharing this. I've been using knitting needles and crochet hooks for years and never completed some of the projects since its labor intensive. This makes it so much easier. I'll definitely try it. Even my 12 year old is eager to try it
Hi so so gld u showed this plz looking fr more items to knit I'm a beginner thnk u
I am a beginner also. I am enjoying the videos. ❤
I am in the process of making a blue hat. First ever for me!!!! I bought a loom yesterday!
That’s awesome!! Good luck 😊😊
@@YarnStash I have a big question. What is the significance in the size of the loom and the number of pegs? Also yesterday I bought a pack of looms from wallyworld and when I got home to use them the pegs have crochet hook type ends. And thank you for responding to my first comment too!!! ❤
Thanks to this video I have made my first hat. Your instructions are so easy to follow. Thank you❤
I just got a loom and just made my first beanie with it following this! Thank you so much for this video, I’m so happy with how my beanie came out and I can’t wait to make more!
About how much yarn did you use? I’m planning to make them at Christmas gifts!
@@emilieeencizo if you’re making Christmas gifts I would recommend using at least two yarn bundles, that should make about four hats!
@@BelleBelle333 did you use the same brand of yarn? I’ve been looking at which one to buy on the Joanns website
@@emilieeencizo Yeah! I honestly use any fluff yarn for hats, I just go to Michaels and see what they have. But she is using a good brand too!
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I made my first hat and it looks great thanks to you 😁 I've been intimidated by regular knitting for years but this loom knitting has made it possible for me and it's fun!
So if I had 48 fingers, could i hypothetically finger-knit this?
Hypothetically, yes. 🙌
@@YarnStash I’m about to go to a doctor to attach 33 more fingers to y hand. 😝
Easy solution, borrow your friends fingers. 3 people knitting together is faster than one after all 😂
Thank you so much for your wonderful video. It was easy to follow I just finished my first hat can't wait to make more
Had the loom for over a year . With your tutorial, made a start … a good one too . Thanks .
Thanks so much You help me really much I'm gonna make this for my little cousin I got a little cousin so I would give it to him But if I don't want it I will give it to my little cousin Thanks again for showing me you're the best I would like to see more videos of yours
I meant your best making it hats❤❤😊
I cant believe I did this, this was the easiest video I've found so far! Thank goodness no pearl stitches or other things I don't understand 🤣🤣
Great job, I use a thicker Bernat yarn so learning how with thinner yarn, was fun! Mahalo Nui
I love this easy tutorial! My 7 year old is going to make hats for newborns as her mom is pregnant with twins.
This turned out awesome! This was my very first loom knit project and it was a great introduction to it. Super easy with a super cute result! Thank you.
