Great video, very helpful...but one concern. Am I supposed to PRINT a return label and enclose it in the shipment and if so where does that option come up.
You don't need to enclose it in the shipment. You can set the Returns settings within Seller Central.

You can customize products or make improvements to them.
For Product Label or if you have your own brand, you should create your own listing. But if you are going to be a wholesaler/reseller and you are going to add your product to an existing listing, whoever Amazon decides to have the listing control can do the changes/create and show their own listing
Super helpful! Quick question. What are the rules in regards to opened new items? For example, if I'm selling sealed video games and they open them and want a return, can they still do so?

Usually, for dropshipping, the product is already on Amazon, so you would have to add the product to the existing listing

Good question! This is possible. Although you will still need to select a delivery method in Shipping settings that tells Amazon how the orders will be shipped.
You may also need to negotiate or create an agreement with your manufacturer on how the packing and shipping process would work once the order is placed on Amazon.

Hi, Thank you for the valuable information, I have a Question. I am a beginner in FBM. I listed a generic item don't have GTIN and got ASIN, did I need to print the barcode and stick on the product?
Hiya! Since FBM means you are fulfilling the product, technically, you don't need the GTIN, ASIN or FNSKU printed or labeled, as long as you can manage and ship the inventory. Those are identifiers and scannable numbers/codes for Amazon to manage and fulfill items.

Hello. Great video, but this question is asked many times below and never properly answered. Every item I have ever purchased from Amazon comes with specific packaging and labels. How do I buy the bags and boxes to ship in? And how to I get the Amazon tape with the smiley face?
It is not required if you are fulfilling the products yourself. The items you bought were most probably FBA.
Do you maybe have a video that focuses on dropshipping AliExpress/Alibaba products on Amazon? What are the shipping and the return settings on Amazon seller account if you don't ship the product yourself?

Is there any difference in shipping fees/rates (applied by Amazon or seller) between Selling partners with the Individual and the Professional?
No, there should be no difference in shipping fees! The only difference in fees should be the $39.99 a month for the professional account at the $1/per sale for the individual account.
In FBM, is it possible to ship a product (by own hand) to an Amazon Storage, where it then can be sent to the costumer by Amazon. Or will that more likely be a FBA method? This is ment for the costumer to get the order as quick as possible, without getting a high shipping cost.
Good question! For FBM, you will be responsible for shipping the products directly to the buyer.
As for the FBA service, Amazon does the product handling and shipping which requires you to send the product to the warehouse.

There are no minimum units required to list a product.
I noticed the price for the product and how much the customer paid for shipping is still less than the amount the seller paid for buy shipping, how are you earning a profit? I’m pretty sure I’m missing something

QUESTION… before you can create a listing, you need to first get product. Are you able to advise specifically the steps FBM sellers would take to get product? No one seems to go over this specifically. I am very new to this
It depends on your business model, but it is generally the same as when you are selling FBA. The difference happens after the product is shipped out by the manufacturer/supplier. If it's going to be FBA, it will be stored, fulfilled, and will be shipped out by Amazon to your buyers, while with FBM, you will be the one responsible for those.
Will listings with UPC codes be prioritized traffic wise over generic listings?
No. UPC Codes are generally used to identify your products on Amazon's end. There are ways to increase your listing traffic such as competitive pricing, optimizing your listing including product images and description, keyword research, discount/promotions, PPC, etc. We do have a great article here: www.junglescout.com/blog/increase-amazon-conversion-rates/
Should the standard price in amazon includes shipping?
Seller needs to either indicate a shipping cost or incorporate the cost of shipping if the product is fbm. If FBA, Amazon still won't pay for the cost of shipping to Amazon. But the cost of shipping to the customer is included on the FBA fees.

Hi. I’ve asked this question a lot. I’ve dealt with places like alibaba before because I was a high end crafter. Say for instance I want to sell cooking utensil set I find on there. Ok so I order 200 and get them shipped to my house. The part I’m hung up on is do I have to private label that? It’s just a generic product so what’s all this ASIN and all that? I can’t just list “kitchen utensil set” 😂
You have to sell it with your own brand or as a generic product.

Do you have an option to restrict yourself listing on few regions alone? For example Can i set up my product to list only in CA region and rest regions I don't get my products at all. I see few sellers are doing this off late. Can you teach us how to do since shipping template does cover the entire Lower48 in the US. It will be very helpful.

Hello. Thanks for your video and information provided. I have a question. How to measure a parcel correctly to get a more accurate shipping cost? I will package the items in small boxes and then place them in bubble mailers. Do I need to indicate the dimensions of the box or bag (it is larger in size, but there will be empty spaces)? And if I indicate the dimensions incorrectly and buy Amazon delivery, will I then have to pay extra for delivery? Thank you.

Hi Raju! You'd print the labels and send everything in for internal Amazon use and scanning. Then the pick and pack fee covers the labels and everything generated when a customer purchases the product!
What if you are doing FBM and you don't want to use UPS or Fedex? Can I use another logistics company? Not very clear.
It is recommended to buy shipping from Amazon if you are doing FBM. Although, you can still choose another carrier or third-party logistics. In this case, you won't use the "Buy Shipping" option. If the item is returned in sellable condition, the buyer will be refunded and the seller will be charged the equivalent amount. You can then re-sell.
What about customs and VAT? Will the carrier pay them? So i just need to take the product to carrier's location without any money?
If you are doing FBM, you will be responsible for shipping the products. With regards to the VAT and Customs fees, you can reach out directly to your carrier to verify which fees will be shouldered by you. 😁

Yes! You can even use 3PL warehouses in those countries!

But I have a question about buybox, our products are 4-6 months in amazon fbm, a+content, amazon store made, but still no buybox , therefore we cant launch amazon ads and get sales, how to activate buybox without sending products to fba?
Since Amazon considers its fulfillment service to have perfect metrics across variables, using Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) is the easiest way to increase your chances of winning the Buy Box.
That’s not to say that FBM sellers can never beat FBA sellers; it’s just harder, requiring extremely high scores across all variables and a very low price.
@@junglescout I am the only seller on my FBM Listing. Have listed the product in December 2021 but since then the Buy box is Not Appearing on the listing.
And my product is Very much bulky that doing FBA is not profitable.

So you are currently on an Individual selling plan? If you are selling a product with other sellers, then it might affect getting a share of the buy box.
If I am not a US-resident and I want to do dropshipping in the US market, for returns, do I put in my personal address (out of US), or how should I go about doing it (e.g., negotiate with supplier if they are willing to accept returns)?
With FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), Amazon handles fulfillment and customer service on behalf of sellers, which includes customer returns processing. Amazon operates by its own customer return policy when determining if the item in question is eligible for a return.
As a seller, you have no control over whether a product is accepted as a return, even if it is clearly the buyers’ fault that the product is damaged or defective. For FBA, Amazon handles everything. For FBA, you'll organize the shipping including cost, labels, and arranging for pick up or drop off at the service you are using.
Can you recommend a warehouse or service that can process FBM?
We wish we could help, but we do FBA so we have no experience with any companies that can process FBM orders

It costs at least $50 for me to ship it to the US, but Amazon would only charge $3.99 to the US customers. How do I do that to get the whole $50 in shipping to the US instead of $3.99? In this case, yes, you would need to start selling your products via FBA, so you will need the Professional seller account

You are able to create different storefronts using the same Seller account. This is preferable to opening a brand new account. If you need a second account we recommend speaking to Seller support first - they can make sure a second account is set up in the right way!

I have 2 products listed in inventory, but with 0 items as I am waiting on chinese new year for production to start. Will amazon remove them or will anything happen to my account while I have 0 items to sell. I'm paying for the pro seller account.
