Hey JS ! When it comes to getting Amazon Brand Registry with a pending trademark, should the trademark be filed with Amazon IP accelerator or it could be filed with a third party like LegalZoom ? Thanks !
You can get the trademark from a different law firm or within Amazon IP Accelerator. You can check Amazon country requirements here: brandservices.amazon.com/brandregistry/faq
The difference is that by working with Amazon IP Accelerator IP specialists, Amazon will approve your product for the Brand Registry before your trademark application is accepted.
How did you get Texas state in your shipping settings? You can pick states and set shipping time/days for that specific state? How do I do that?

I thought you can’t ship anything priority unless it’s the priority box from usps. You compared the uline box witch was only 13.89 but can you send that box priority??
Suppose you are using the unbranded ULINE box and not the branded one with USPS; you can also send it priority for as long as you choose the priority mail option as shown in the video.
Thank You for making this video. I have a question about listing a product as FBM. I am new seller and have not added any products just yet. I am ready to go with my first product. As far as I understand you would scan the UPC and add it to add a products page. Once the item is found I click new but only see apply to sell. Do I need approval to sell Branded products as FBM? What am I missing? This seems so easy to do but I am suck on this part. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You

If you use usps boxes or branded boxes can you still choose Amazon pay ship ?

You couldn't pay me enough to get involved in this garbage business. After a year of extensive research, it turns out that everybody is chasing the same dollar. To top that off, you got scammers and customers claiming they didn’t receive the products. After that, you gotta worry about every minute of the day when Amazon will deactivate your account. And all of that just to net couple thousand a month. (If you're lucky). It's just plain dumb. Of course, none of these gurus will ever tell you any of that, though. They just want the views. Do you think if they really made money, would they be on here making videos and asking for subs? Why would they want to share their " business secrets or strategies" to begin with? Are they savors of some type or con artists? Let that sink in.
I understand where you are coming from regarding selling on Amazon. Just like most businesses, there are valid challenges. And that's one of the main reasons why we have our tools, to help the sellers in any way possible
