Getting through a fingerprintscanner (Specially almost 20 years ago when this was made) is surprisingly easy, taking the print from a champagne glass and transfering it to a fake thumb or thick fingercondom works like a charm as long as you get a decently clean print. Lots of things in this movie make little to no sense, but that piece of science is spot on.
The "as long as you get a decently clean print" part is much harder than in the movies, though. Something can be technically feasible and utterly ridiculous at the same time.

21:06 "How did they run so far from Chestnut to Reading Terminal Market? They are very far from each other". This happens all the time in movies. There's a film called "Assassins" (1995) starring Sylvester Stallone, Antonio Banderas, and Julianne Moore. It's pretty forgettable, but a large portion of it was shot in Seattle which is the area I'm from. There's a big scene with a shootout in a cemetery which was filmed on location in Everett, WA just one town over from where I live. At the end of the scene, they go speeding off away from the cemetery and across a small cement bridge. Next shot is them coming down the ramp from the bridge, but it's not the same bridge: they're now in downtown Seattle 30 miles away but it was cut in such a way that if you don't know the area you'd think it was just another angle of them speeding away.

If you would like to see a full size replica of the Liberty Bell, find out where your State's Liberty Bell is. In 1950 the US Treasury had 55 Liberty Bell replicas cast by the Paccard Foundry, one for each state and territory of the US. Most states have their bell replicas on display somewhere in the state capitol or museum. Do you know why it is call the Liberty Bell? It is because of the inscription on the bell from Leviticus 25:10 "proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof". The Abolitionist adopted the Liberty Bell as the symbol of abolishing Slavery in the United States.
Point of order. USS Intrepid as all US Navy ships are referred to as she. Therefore She is a Lady and as such as all lady's are, Beautiful 😉. In this movie, Boromir goes bad. For a lot of your "why?" questions, the answer is "This is when Disney did actual family fare, so, there it is." Also, I have several friends who drink tea often through their day and buy lemons by the bagfull for their tea, hot or cold, so it made sense to me for his dad to have quite a few lemons. And I've gotten into quite a few places I wasn't allowed over the years by either wearing coveralls and carrying a toolbox, wearing a gray polo shirt and slacks and carrying a couple of packages, or a polo and jeans and carrying a pizza delivery bag. It was entertaining how often it'd work. Also: Riley is the best. 😀
How about those Dutch pretzels huh, Vicky, The green beer on St. Paddy's day at Molly Malloy's, and the Angus Cheese-steaks at Pat's steaks if it's still there. (If you know, you know)

Evergreen aviation museum in Mcminnville oregon has the spruce goose and a sr71 blackbird
23:15 I love that you've been to most of these places. I'm so jealous.
I once changed all the tablets at an international motorcycle convention in Longbeach, to have the image of Nic Cage from Wicker Man. I still laugh about it
It's a fun movie but like the DaVinci code you really don't want to think about it too much 🤣
If you would like to see a full size replica of the Liberty Bell, find out where your State's Liberty Bell is.
Here you have the very rare privilege of seeing Sean Bean in a role where he is still alive at the end of the movie.
Point of order. USS Intrepid as all US Navy ships are referred to as she. Therefore She is a Lady and as such as all lady's are, Beautiful 😉. (And she's on the small side compaired to the Nimitz & Ford classes of carriers!) You are correct though if in NYC you should visit her! Love the reaction. Sincerely, an old sailor. Hm2 FMF 1986-1996
This is the most underrated movie.
Yes, Jon Voight does well playing a disappointed father - but he did eventual reconcile with Angelina Jolie.
National Treasure 3 is still in the works.
The Intrepid was in Philadelphia before conversion to a museum in NYC.
The most important thing about this movie is the undeniable versatility of lemon juice. 🥰
Vicky, you stole the declaration of my heart. Idk what that actually means, but I stand by it anyway.
"At least they're being realistic" said no one else about this movie ever.
I've been to DC once. My dad took me for my 16th birthday. It's amazing.
How about those Dutch pretzels huh, Vicky, The green beer on St. Paddy's day at Molly Malloy's, and the Angus Cheese-steaks at Pat's steaks if it's still there. (If you know, you know)
haha "ancient" and "new york city" that made me laugh
I love nicolas cage but I have to say that (1997) CON AIR and (2000) gone in 60 second's are the 2 beast movies he's cast in .
always great reactions
"Oh this guy, he loves playing a disappointed father..." Angelina Jolie felt that
Really enjoyed! Nobody's done this!
