  • Hey, ya'll! Today's video is YOGA FOR BACK PAIN. This is a somewhat short practice at about 20 minutes long & should be doable for most. This practice does contain a couple standing postures as well. The goal for this video is to stretch, lengthen, & strengthen the back to help alleviate pain you may be experiencing. Low back pain is VERY common, especially amongst Americans, so doing a little stretching everyday may be beneficial to many of you. Being consistent with your practice will yield the best results.     Hey there lovely. I'm so happy to be able to search and find this in your archives because I slightly overdid it yesterday; I do that every now and again and I have to really be careful with myself and my body, but I felt so amazing after not only completing our 30 day yoga challenge but I have also completed a 30 day fast that I felt I needed after the holidays, and I have been eating mainly plant-based but not entirely because we are not vegans but I felt so good, finally looking and feeling smaller, I said oh let me put in some extra work out, I walked for 30 minutes around the park while my grandchildren played and that may sound like oh yeah that was a good thing but not in my lower back and hips I'm like totally sore and probably should have just not have done that, just didn't work for my body because I had already done some morning workouts. Anyhow, said all that to say this really felt amazing, thank you, and Jai Namaste 🤲🏽🙏🏽💪🏽🌟💖🌷💪🏽🙏🏽🤲🏽

    This is great! I woke up with a knot in my upper left back after an intense work out yesterday and after doing this i felt all the right clicks and releases in my back, thank you for this blessing! will come to this every time

    Without yoga I wouldn't even be able to walk let alone live painkiller free. I still feel pain and aches but I know why and how to treat them and they are anyhow a good indication on when to take it slow! Love you wonderful short yet beneficial sequences. 🍂🌸🍂🙏🏼

    Gratitude and love, goddess! I experience back pain quite often (as it relates to stress with finances and how I sleep).     Thank you so much for this video. I had been in severe pain for weeks. I was introduced to some stretches to help loosen my back which helped. Then I found your video and I have been pain free more days than not since finishing e this video. Would you consider a series for those of us with sedentary lifestyles but really need to strengthen our core to prevent back pain as we age. I’m 45!
