- Hey, ya'll! Today's video is a 15 MINUTE NECK, SHOULDER, & BACK YOGA STRETCH. If you have injuries in any of these areas, I would not recommend that you do this practice. This sequence is great for relieving tension in the body. If you tend to get tight in these areas overnight, you may want to practice this in the morning. I felt like my shoulders just wouldn’t release, this was great for after work. I was looking for a neck shoulder and low back stretch and this was great. Showing off with plow, I’m glad I did this after work and not in the morning. Idk if plow would be plowing at 8am lol. Thank you so much for these flows

I hadn't done yoga in a while and my neck, back and shoulders were so painful all day from travelling and stress. This is one of my favorites! I do it whenever I want to do some gentle but effective stretching especially if I don’t feel motivated for a longer session. I’ve used this video at least fifteen times and I imagine I will continue going back to it. Thank you!

These stretches are beneficial because sometimes i have my head down when looking at my phone 📱 and i get tension in my neck these neck stretches are helping me to take a break from my device
