The EEG is Flow-state hacking. The Wim Hof breathing is Autonomous Nervous System hacking.
The Flow-State works off the Parasympathetic Nervous System.
Ive been alternating them with at various times. In the morning, and any time I get hazy /unfocused.
Learning more and more mindful breathing with it.
I got powerful results within 5-15 minutes of practice , immediately awesome feeling.
Try the Wim Hof 1 round youtube it. Be like WOWWWW HOLY SHIT

This kind of gives me old school RSD chills. The value in this video (for me personally and subjectively) has been super beneficial for me. Tyler always said he wouldn't do talks about success with women forever but it seems like he's super passionate and an expert in this area. For me personally it scares the absolute shit out of me that more people don't know about everything we learned in the hot seat and from years of pickup. Mad respect for Owen, been a fan for years but It's scary that out of all of the psychologists, sociologists and doctors etc... It's the pickup guys that eventually spread the hidden truths and nuances about social interaction. Blows my mind how the principles in the hot seat aren't more globally known. Maybe in years to come the world will change.
Fucking amazing freetour, looking forward to more content! 👊🏽

Here's the thing, I guess I might come across as creepy in certain situations. I think I even play with it from time to time. And even though it annoys me when people apparently perceive me as a weirdo, I don't really feel like changing. Because that's just the way I am in that situation, maybe a bit awkward, insecure, a bit hyper. Sure, I can change it if I want to, but the first step for me is to accept that I'm this way in a particular situation. I am a weirdo, a nerd. I still have the right to get respected and I don't really feel like changing for other people that can only judge my surface.
Maybe I do feel and move in an insecure way, maybe I try to leave social situations. But when I'm alone with myself, it's all fine. So why should I change just so that other people perceive me in a certain way and not just say "fuck them"? That's my biggest issue with things like dating. I don't wanna come across as really self-confident or serious and structured, because that's just not how I am and not how I want to be. I mean, sure, I want to feel self-confident but I want to do it my way. If a girl is looking for a man that brings her wealth and stability, I ain't gonna be that.
Chaos is a big part of my personality and if I ever change sth about it, it will be for my own purpose, not for someone else's. Maybe this is stubborn, but I feel people will always perceive you in a particular way. That's where my validation addiction comes from, constantly asking people "oh, did I do something bad?" "Oh, did I behave in a weird way when x was there?" "Oh, is something wrong about me?"
Especially with the last question I don't want the answer to be just "No, there's nothing wrong about you", I want to get to the point where I can say "Maybe there is something wrong with me, but that's how I am." I am vulnerable, broken in a few places, I do have strange thoughts. But that's me. I probably won't be like this forever, but for now, I am. People either accept it or they can fuck off.
I'm tired of changing because people might perceive me in a particular way. People told me several times that my clothes look baggy and that I could improve my fashion sense. For what?
For their approval? I don't care about stuff like that. Sure, I don't like being treated poorly or even slightly more negative because of my appearance. But that's not my issue. They got a lesson to learn, to not judge a book by it's cover. If I just follow their mind instead of my own, who am I? If I buy clothes I don't care about, just so I look more serious and grown up and get more approval, where is the lesson? I do something that I don't care about and they get supported in their wrong ideals, which is that clothes make the man.
True freedom is when you can fuck up every expectation and burst their little minds. Not by succumbing and accepting their expectations and demands, but by following your own values.
I can act weird and insecure and all that stuff, but that doesn't change my value.
Not a direct criticism of the video, just my own thoughts

Tyler is talking about energetic state like transcendentalism. He is not talking about how "you should think", "act" or what strategies.
What I discovered trough years, find a strong emotion, impact, find your soul and the rest of the world will be revealed to you.
It's not about game, game is a low level consciouness like crack (trust me). You cannot force someone to love (unless animalistic behavior and some ppl stay to there), you cannot force energy, vibration, happiness, make someone enjoy.
Thus, you cannot force life. But people who don't get it wiil throw you vomits, thinking you are talking rubirish just for saying the TRUTH. There is no SHORCUT for LIFE/STATE!

Owen. I've asked you this already and you were so cool and responded to me , given that you get a lot of messages and feed back. I don't want to be annoying. Please understand that I'm coming from a place of loving your content so much I used to fall asleep to it. Pleeeeeaaaaasseee will you put back up those two videos. One was "the right and wrong way to do things" the other was "how Your need for validation obscures your good mood" they are older but it would mean the world to us if you could do it.

At some point in the future I'll get around to digging through the older videos and re-posting what I'm able onto a clips channel. Currently you will be SO HAPPY when you see what I've dedicated my year towards creating for you. If you watch my instagram story you'll see the shooting binge I've been on. I've basically sunk my SOUL into what I have coming out in the coming year. Probably mid 2022 starting to roll out. This will be the next level you know I'm capable of. So that's where all my time is dedicated right now. Thanks for the viewership bro! -Owen
