This video right now has been VERY illuminating to me.
I'm always giving, giving, giving without asking for anything in return - I travel to my friends, as I find it more logical because I have the time. I cook, offer advice and presence etc. - But what can or do they give me? Often, nothing.
I thought I am taking the logical steps, but once again I'm proven how irrational we are.
It showed me how I kill attraction again and again.
Thank you for this! I'm glad I somehow found your channel recently.

Absolutely timeless info. Real love can be a powerful force for good, but there's only so much of that fake, needy, attached, infatuation love you can have before you start screwing up. Doesn't matter how cool you are in all other aspects. You will fail. You go from giving value as RSD says to taking it. 2 best things about RSD. He talks about the spiritual energetic component of human relationships and that visceral emotional energy we transmit and receive 24/7. The other great thing is that he admits to being a former creep with low social status and low success. He's not some Chad that was born cool. He went from ground zero to being one of the most dynamic, magnetic people on the planet. That's inspiring.

  • @lukejbonner

Tyler, I'm about half way through, but the other concept I see here is the "Perception of Value".
I've noticed that although I have incredible intrinsic and extrinsic value, IF I am in the presence of someone who does not understand their own value and, therefore, value in general, they will never, ever appreciate what is in front of them.
Absolutely, the level of investment is crucial, especially in business, but I think it's about alignment too.
You having so much in common with that person doesn't mean it "could've been amazing". If it could've been, it would've been. It wasn't, because the same frequencies you guys were resonating at that brought you together also repelled you.
On other words, it was fear-based, regardless of compatibility. When the energetic alignment is right, there is no thought required. There is just love and abundance.
The fact that you "wanted" it, meant you were admitting to yourself that you "needed" it. In other words, you would not be whole without it...and THAT is why it never took off...
    Deep down, you understood this.

The building's dope because it reminds me of expansion. Every floor up is bigger and more expansive than the last. I like to think of personal growth like that, every time you "level up" you become capable of more than you thought possible, your presence becomes more expansive and more noticeable.

The building looks super futuristic and the simple design with hexagons make it look unreal

This has been my main sticking point I was thinking g of it years before I got into seriously practicing talking to strangers - getting people to put as much in as I did

I like the building. It's dark and shiny with view of the sky through it. Lovely shape of a rib cage. Works well with the surroundings

i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.

I think this building is expansive and adventurous and contemplative (hiding in the corners of it seeing the flow of people). I love architecture.

I watched this video twice. Between the first and second time of viewing, I experienced the same thing Owen did in the story. It really is WEIRD that even after watching the video (first time) I still did not give the "special" girl in my own story the space to invest and when Owen mentioned about how he thought this was an "exception to the rule" in my second viewing it really hit me hard and I truly regretted failing to create space.

Tyler, when you get her to invest. She brings forth her best self and she gets to see the best version of you. it is a win win!

This video came at the perfect time. Thank you sir. I'm really trying to improve in this area. I'm guilty of doing this to the last person I was with and they ended up pushing me away. So now I'm growing more and taking what I can from this experience.

I like the innovation. I'm an artist, so I appreciate innovation. This is the kind of building I would've drawn up 10 years ago and someone would've said, "you have a real creative mind". Someone else might've said, "get out of fantasy world".

I like how futuristic this building looks. It seems like it comes from an alien movie or something. It's a beautiful piece of architecture.

I think the building kind of looks like half escalating beehive and half-Bond-movie-final-showdown-scene-tower. It combines two things I like: honey (which comes from bees) and Bond movies. I give this building a thumbs up.

Three good books that talk in-depth about what tyler is speaking about is: 1. (Get anyone to do anything by David J Lieberman (Offering Value)) 2. (Sell or Be Sold by Grant Cordone(Halo Effect + How To)) and 3. (The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John C. Maxwell(Foundation + Conclusion)). These books have insight into the halo effect, how to control mindsets, and creating your foundation.
