Your list is great. It turns out that if we stop trying to impress others, we can have the freedom in thought, and as a result, the superpower of self-confidence. I hope that everyone reading this is having a day full of freedom and confidence ❤
In my opinion there's two types of promises.. First is the one that you make with others and second is the one that you make with yourself.. Now both of them are extremely difficult to fulfill.. but in the end managing to fulfill any type of promise gives a really warm kinda internally satisfying feeling..
I actually watched a Ted Talk on body language and confidence and one thing she mentioned was “powerful poses”. Aka poses that cause you to take up more space vs “weak poses” which are making yourself small. She said that if you take two minute before something like a speech or job interview to practice these “power poses” you will be more confident. Or, durning something like a speech you should be more open with your body language (walk around, open up your chest, use hand movements) etc. I don’t know if this is helpful, but I hope it is
Yeah, that can work. And if you're walking, imagine you are a king/queen with a crown on your head and a royal red cape over your shoulders. If you walk too fast or look up/down too much, the crown will fall off. But if you walk too slow, the cape will drag across the ground. Find that mid-point of walking pace and always look forward.

Yes, now make it a habit. Make exercise easier to achieve while distractions harder to obtain.
Nice! Great job! Small bouts of exercises can do wonders for your health
