This is such an achievable yet effective routine for stretching out your back. I am in recovery from Breast Cancer treatment, so feel like I am starting from scratch and this has been a great way for me to safely stretch those tight muscles. I rarely subscribe to channels and never comment, but I encourage anyone reading this to give it a go. Lovely pace and communication style to support considered and ache relieving stretches. Now I’m going to hunt the back catalogue for something for my hamstrings!!
I tried this stretching routine because I was experiencing a lot of stiffness and pain in my upper and lower back. After just one session, my back felt much better and I had less pain. I'm now doing these stretches every day and my back feels better every time I complete the routine. Thank you for providing this effective stretching video for back pain and soreness.
In February, I slipped on ice and fell hard twice in a row. I have had lower back pain ever since and it just went away for the first time after following along. Thank you so much, I will defintely incorporate the exercises in my work out routine. Btw., your video on shin splints has also been a great help!

I did the routine and my favorite was from hands and knees threading the arm through and then arm out up toward ceiling. I got couple of pops. Great stuff!
I have 3 herniated disks in S1-I5, I5-I4 and I3-I2. I have recently completed the IDD therapy accu spina. I really want to thank you for your videos because they provided a great guidance to me from where to start and how to expand my exercising routine. 😊
I understand why you need the timer- but is there a better sound that might be more soothing to the nervous system. I just hate timer sounds with my anxiety & then I find doing the stretches anxious inducing due to the timer sound. But I love the stretches. I might be the only weird one to react this way to a repetitive timer sound
What to do about bone spurs in cervical and lower thoracic spine? Neurologist has been useless- says the minimumal bulging lumbar discs and bone spurs have nothing to do with why I can hardly walk or move without heaviness and pain- tons of numbness too almost everywhere 😢
