I have stenosis and since discovering your videos, they have helped me so much. Thank you. I go to the gym three times a week for an hour each day and do a special routine made up of exercises I have seen in your videos. I am 76 years old and they all work to minimize not only my lower back pain but especially those stabs of pain at the top of my legs should I not be able to exercise for a while. After a long day of work my back has been in so much discomfort. Immediately came to your channel to find a stretch for some relief. It worked! I’m feeling less pain and discomfort. Still a little sore but I feel an improvement nonetheless after doing these stretches. Thank you!

But it's true ppl like you keeps my faith in our noble profession... I acquired forward head posture which caused me cervical spondylosis this year...and when I need help with any exercise i just go to your channel and recommend others too because your exercises are soo easy to follow and understand...

Hi Dr. Jared, I really liked the video. I am have very tight hips, particularly when trying to spread my feet out side to side (I think this is called abduction) and also when pulling one knee to chest (my extended leg comes off the table). Are there any stretches and /or exercises you can recommend to address these issues? Tim
For most procedures it's recommended you wait 4-6 weeks after surgery, but I would strongly recommend you follow your surgeon's protocol and start rehab once you are cleared to do so. Good luck, Wendy!
Hey doc I have a lumbar bulged disk but I’m a mechanic and have to stay workin is there a back brace you would recommend to wear while at work, have been working on proper posture and stretches for just ailment but hard while working
I'm sorry to hear about your weakness, Koteeswari B! Why is it there? Did you experience a stroke? Sounds like it may be an issue better suited for a local physical therapist who can make more personalized recommendations. I would start there.
