Andy by far your best interview ever. I have listened to all of the Jocko podcast with Mr Meyer. I have read both his books which I really enjoyed. What makes this different is the expression on Mikes face for 3 hours. You would like he is 8 years old and is sitting next to his great's Hero. John "Tilt" Meyer is a GREAT HERO!. Thanks
There aren't enough words to describe how happy this podcast and the people involved in this conversation made me. Like a combo of all of my military favorites. Today is good.
Tilt is an awesome guy. He sent me a signed copy of his book, because we’re both SF guys and we have the same birthday. I would love to meet him in person one day to here more of his exploits with SOG. Thanks for having him on.
Please continue to have Mr Meyer on as much as possible while his mind is still so sharp and crisp. He is literally a living legend and we are all extremely grateful for his willingness to go on the record. These incredible and astonishingly heroic historic battles deserve to be heard.
Anyone who dislikes this video should be ashamed. It’s surreal to actually hear the guys from the Plaster books speak on these pods. Thank you Andy, Mike and Tilt.
What an amazing story. I am in awe about what each of them has done for our country. Thank you John, Mike and Andy for everything you have done and continue to do.
When I saw the list of guests I knew this would be the best cleared hot podcast to date. I did not disappoint. No matter how many times I've seen Tilt on a podcast and after having read his books, the stories of his missions and those of Mac V SOG still leave me shaking my head. There are no doubt warriors from many different theaters over the course of US history that have lead and participated on bold and daring missions in small teams behind enemy lines while greatly outnumbered by enemy forces. But I don't know of conflict where a team conducted so many daring missions on almost a daily basis. Words fail to express the gratitude for what those men did.

Why can't people like this run our country.. literally the people sitting is this podcast can never be replaced. Greatness right here. Thank you. !!!!
After a horrible weekend, thank you Andy for another great Mike Glover Podcast!
Andy’s right about the level of risk those guys were taking back in the day wouldn’t even be considered nowadays. And how surprising it is that every single guy doesn’t have a Medal of Honor. It’s just crazy to think about how much has changed.
John Meyer is a god dam national treasure. So is Mikey Glover. Legends.
John Stryker Meyer is to Andy and Mike what Andy and Mike are to us out here, just hanging onto every word.
Great talk guys.
I love Tilt and his stories so much. I am so glad he has come to the limelight. A walking piece of history.
I fucking LOVE Tilt’s stories!! And, his “grandpa chuckle”! That man wipes his ass, with PTSD reports…. Andy & Mike’s stories, are enough to humble anyone. Tilt… humbles EVERYONE!
When I saw this podcast show up in my feed it made my day. I love hearing JSM’s stories. Even better with Mike and Andy. Always makes me feel that whatever I’m dealing with is easy.
What an incredible conversation. Thank you gentlemen, thank you for your service and dedication to our country.
Incredible interview, i don’t have a military background, but John is an amazing storyteller. Respect to you all, and thank you for your service
Fuck me... what an absolute gift that was. Thank you Andy, Mike, and HUGE thank you to John.
Andy and Mike are a real blessing. It is so important to get this history into the public realm.
This interview did my heart good. The curiosity and respect was so good. You even had me laughing.
Tilt is a hero of mine! As he is to many of us! Great man!
Please continue to have Mr Meyer on as much as possible while his mind is still so sharp and crisp. He is literally a living legend and we are all extremely grateful for his willingness to go on the record. These incredible and astonishingly heroic historic battles deserve to be heard.
I feel honored to even be able to hear the conversation between the three of you guys! Respect from Kentucky… 🇺🇸
Got a big smile on my face when I saw the thumbnail on my homepage. Been listening to a lot of podcasts featuring these two men.
