It's weird how, Top Marine Corps Officers did not want a special operations team in the Marine Corps. Top Officers tried to slow roll the thing and block it. They thought that an already specialized military (Marine corps) did not need a special operations team within an already special military. When this Majors shooting ambush "incident" happened, those same Top Marine Officers used it as a way to have proof that a special operation team in the Marines was bad and wrong to have. There’s an ego problem in the upper brass. Officers should be taught to listen and work WITH NCO’s.
They are. Junior officers understand that. The problem is at the Field Grade level. President Obama started the Purge that continues today. No one gets past Major unless they are Woke. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs has permanently damaged the Officer Corps, and the Commandant has been a willing accomplice.

Is it just me or is this guy kind of hard to follow with the way he jumps around mid sentence before completely finishing the initial though? I get that he's trying to withhold some of the story to sell his book, but to be honest I'm more likely to read it to get all the little details if I know the whole story...Definitely an interesting interview though.
Yeah he seems to have trouble holding a train of thought. He's obviously very intelligent but I wonder if he's slightly on the spectrum.
I was gonna leave a long serious comment about how effed up the politics are in the military. Instead, I’ll just say I love it when this guy impersonates a nerdy, white guy’s voice.
"if I have to fall in line, I'll fall in line" umm, thank God the 6,800 whom died in battle, 70k in all from wounds/disease, didn't have this same conclusion. Essentially I'll give up when Stalin takes power and snitch on my brother whose entire family and probably you will be disappeared
